Tuesday December 11, I bought 15 shares of Canadian
Imperial Bank of Commerce at CA$ 105.98 per share plus commission.

Dividend Increase – Dominion Energy (D)
Thursday, December 14th, the Board of Directors of Dominion Energy announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $ 0.835 to $ 0.9175 per share that’s will be payable March 2019. This represents a 9.88% increase to regular quarterly dividends.
The expected 2019 dividend increase would mark the 16th
consecutive year in which the annual dividend rate rose from the previous
year's rate.
Payment of the 2019 dividend is subject to quarterly
determination and declaration by the board of directors of specific record and
payable dates.
With current price $ 76.99 (Monday's open), this raise
brings their dividend yield to 4.77%.

Dividend Increase – Pfizer Inc. (PFE)
Thursday, December 14th, the Board of Directors of Pfizer Inc. announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $ 0.34 to $ 0.36 per share that’s payable March 1, 2019 to holders of record February 1, 2019. This represents a 5.88% increase to regular quarterly dividends.
The first-quarter 2019 cash dividend will be the 321st
consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
Keeping with past practice, the board of directors also
authorized a new $10 billion share repurchase program to be utilized over time.
This new program is in addition to the $4.9 billion remaining under the company’s
current authorization.
“We are confident in the business and focused on
maximizing total shareholder return, of which the dividend remains a key
component,” stated Ian Read, Pfizer chairman and chief executive officer.
With current price $ 43.80 (Friday's close), this raise
brings their dividend yield to 3.29%.

Yesterday, December 14, the Board of Directors of AT&T Inc. announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $ 0.5 to $ 0.51 per share that’s payable February 1, 2019 to holders of record January 10, 2019. This represents a 2.0% increase to regular quarterly dividends.
“Our healthy cash flows and strong outlook for 2019 give
us the confidence to raise our dividend for the 35th consecutive year. The
dividend is an important way we provide value to our shareholders, and I’m
proud that we are able to continue our history of annual increases,” said
Randall Stephenson, chairman and CEO, AT&T Inc.

brings their dividend yield to 6.75%.

Recent Buy - Lazard Ltd (LAZ)
Yesterday, December 6th I bought 50 shares of Lazard Ltd
at $ 35.98 per share plus commission.
My overall cost basis of this position decreases from $
43.23 to $ 39.77 per share. I totally hold now 100 shares of LAZ and my yield on
cost is 4.42%. I purchased my first LAZ's shares about two months ago, which
