- I opened a new position and purchased 10 shares of Canadian National Railway Company (TSE:CNR) at C$ 155.25 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate that purchase 10 shares of CNR will increase € 12.64 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, CNR’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.15% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.07%.

- NCC AB (NCC) sells Fredriksberg D office project in Finland; NCC is selling the Fredriksberg D office project in Helsinki to a fund managed by abrdn. Fredriksberg D is the fourth phase of NCC’s development project in the Konepaja district, downtown Helsinki.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awarded a ~$102.59M1 firm-fixed-price, performance-based logistics requirements contract for the repair, upgrade or replacement, required availability, configuration management, inventory management, and obsolescence management in support of the ALR-67(NYSE:V)3 radar warning system.
- Visa Inc. (V) Completes Acquisition of Currencycloud; V announced it has completed the acquisition of Currencycloud, a global platform that enables banks and fintechs to provide innovative foreign exchange solutions for cross-border payments.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Follow-On Investment; MAIN is pleased to announce that it recently completed a follow-on investment in an existing portfolio company. Main Street, along with its co-investor, made the follow-on investment in Cody Pools, Inc. to support the Company's growth and the acquisition of a Phoenix, Arizona-based pool builder. Main Street's portion of the follow-on investment consists of an additional $24.8 million first lien, senior secured term debt investment.

- NCC AB (NCC) signs new agreement for super hospital in North Zealand, Denmark; NCC and the Capital Region of Denmark have signed an agreement for the second phase of the New North Zealand Hospital project in Denmark. The assignment relates to façade and roofing works and the order value amounts to about SEK 650 million.
- AT&T Inc. (T) Has Agreed to Sell Xandr to Microsoft; T has agreed to sell its global programmatic advertising marketplace, Xandr Inc., to Microsoft. The agreement builds on a decade-long relationship between Xandr, including its predecessor companies, and Microsoft for delivering global digital media solutions for advertisers.
- General Mills, Inc. (GIS) Reports Fiscal 2022 Second-Quarter Results; GIS reports Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.99, missing analyst estimates by $0.06 and declining 7% year-over-year. Revenue increased 6.4% to $5.02 billion, topping estimates by $160 million.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Exit of Portfolio Investment; MAIN is pleased to announce that it recently exited its debt and equity investments in CAI Software. MAIN realized a gain of $10.3 million on the exit of its equity investments in CAI and received total dividends of $2.6 million over the investment period.

- Fortum Corporation (FORTUM) and Uniper Wind&Solar team launches its first project; The joint team of FORTUM and Uniper for wind and solar businesses in Europe is launching its first project. Fortum has made an investment decision to start the construction of the 380-megawatt Pjelax-Böle and Kristinestad Norr wind parks in Närpes and in Kristinestad, Finland in partnership with the Finnish energy company Helen Ltd.
- Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells 186 rental apartments in Tampere and Espoo; BONAVA is selling 63 rental apartments in Tampere and 123 rental apartments in Espoo, Finland to the investor eQ. The transaction amounts to EUR 45.9 million. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the first and fourth quarters of 2023, respectively.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a ~$211.22M firm-fixed-price undefinitized contract modification (P00001) to an order (N0001921F0398) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001919G0008).
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awarded a $218.16M cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price incentive (firm target) modification (P00002) to a previously awarded contract (N0001920C0011).
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Acquired Flavor Infusion International; ADM announced that it has acquired Flavor Infusion International, S.A. (FISA), a full-range provider of flavor and specialty ingredient solutions for customers across Latin America and the Caribbean. Transaction terms were not disclosed.

- NCC AB (NCC) to construct new office building for IKEA in Älmhult; NCC has been commissioned by IKEA Property AB to construct a new office building, Future IoS Blåsippan Hub, in Älmhult, Sweden. The assignment is a design-build contract valued at SEK 340 million.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) is awarded a ~$324M modification (P00020) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price order (N0001920F0571) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001919G0008).
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) has been awarded a modification totaling a $250M ceiling increase (P00006) to previously awarded contract FA8672-17-D-0004 for a StormBreaker® Small Diameter Bomb II (SDB II) integrated engineering change proposal.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) is awarded a $226,.73M fixed-price-incentive modification (P00005) to a previously awarded contract (N0001921C0053).
