  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded an $114.6M cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-only modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-13-C-5116 to exercise an option for AEGIS Combat System Engineering Agent efforts for the design, development, integration, test and delivery of Advanced Capability Build 20.

 

  • General Dynamics Corporation (GD) was awarded an $829M fixed-price, award-fee task order to provide all information technology help desk services for the Defense Intelligence Agency or DIA.

  • Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) completes TracFone Wireless, Inc. acquisition; VZ announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of TracFone Wireless, Inc. and TracFone’s family of brands, bringing the leading premium and value wireless brands together on the leading wireless network. The addition of TracFone’s brands to Verizon’s portfolio of brands will provide more U.S. consumers seeking value wireless plans with improved experiences and enhanced services on America’s most reliable network.

  • QUALCOMM Incorporated (QCOM) Acquires Corum’s Client Clay AIR; Corum announces today that its client, Clay AIR, a leading AI powered hand tracking and gesture recognition technology company, has been acquired by QCOM. The acquisition strengthens Qualcomm’s XR technology stack with the addition of Clay AIR’s highly accurate and power-efficient hardware-agnostic technology and industry-leading team comprised of computer vision, interaction design and machine learning experts.

 

  • General Mills, Inc. (GIS) Announces Proposed Sale of European Dough Businesses to Cérélia; GIS announced that it has agreed to sell its European dough businesses to Cérélia. The proposed transactions would include General Mills branded and private label dough businesses in Germany, the UK, and Ireland, including the Knack & Back and Jus-Rol brands. Each of the transactions is expected to close by the end of fiscal 2022, with the German transaction subject to appropriate labor consultations, regulatory approvals, and other customary closing conditions.

 

  • General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) is awarded a $149.4M cost-plus-award-fee modification against previously awarded contract N00024-19-C-4452 for DDG planning yard services.
