- ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Restarts Construction of Natural Gas and NGL Projects; OKE announced plans to complete previously announced natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) infrastructure projects, including: Demicks Lake III, a 200 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) natural gas processing facility in the Williston Basin and MB-5, a 125,000-barrel per day (bpd) NGL fractionator in Mont Belvieu, Texas.
- Aflac Incorporated (AFL) Announces 21.2% Increase in the First Quarter 2022 Dividend; AFL announced that its Board of Directors has declared the first quarter dividend of $0.40 per share, payable on March 1, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 16, 2022. This represents a 21.2% increase over the previously declared fourth quarter dividend.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Completes Spin-Off Of Orion Office REIT; O announced it has completed the spin-off of substantially all of its office assets into a new independent, publicly traded REIT called Orion Office REIT Inc. ("Orion"). Orion is listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the symbol "ONL."

- QUALCOMM Incorporated (QCOM) and BMW Group to Extend Their Long-Lasting Technology Collaboration to Automated Driving; QCOM announced a collaboration to bring the latest advancements in driver assistance technologies, and products of its Snapdragon Ride™ Platform, to BMW Group's next generation of advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and automated driving (AD) platforms.
- The Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Announces Third Quarter Results; HD reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $3.92, a 23.3% increase year-over-year and $0.55 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 9.8% to $36.82 billion, topping estimates by $2 billion.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Announces Dividend Increase; O announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.246 per share from $0.236 per share. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2021. This is the 113th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for December's dividend is November 30, 2021. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.952 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.832 per share.

- Neste Corporation (NESTE) to receive funding from the EU Innovation Fund; The EU Innovation Fund has given a positive grant decision of EUR 88 million funding to NESTE’s green hydrogen and CO2 capture & storage project, which aims to quickly and efficiently reduce greenhouse gas emissions at the Porvoo refinery in Finland.
- Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports First Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.82, 8% higher than the previous year and a $0.02 beat of estimates. Revenue improved 8.1% to $12.9 billion, though this missed estimates by $90 million.
- Target Corporation (TGT) Reports Third Quarter Earnings; TGT reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $3.03, an 8.7% increase from the previous year and $0.23 better than expected. Revenue increased 13.3% to $25.67 billion, $1.09 billion above what analysts had expected.
- Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Completes Acquisition of Trillium Therapeutics; PFE announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Trillium Therapeutics, a clinical stage immuno-oncology company developing innovative therapies for the treatment of cancer.

- Unilever PLC to sell its Tea business; Unilever today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its global Tea business, ekaterra, to CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII for €4.5 billion on a cash-free, debt-free basis.
- UGI Corporation (UGI) Reports Fiscal 2021 Results; UGI reports Q4 GAAP EPS of $2.43, beating estimates by $2.68. Revenue improved 28.6% to $1.44 billion, topping estimates $180 million.

- NCC AB (NCC) to build Bentsebrua school in Oslo; NCC has signed an agreement with the municipality-owned Undervisningsbygg KF to build Bentsebrua school in Oslo, Norway. The school, which encompasses 9,000 square meters and will accommodate 540 students, will be constructed to meet high environmental standards. The order value is approximately SEK 360 million.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) Aeronautics is awarded a $584.8M cost-plus-incentive-fee modification (PZ0057) to a previously awarded contract (N0001919C0010).
- Missile Defense Agency selects Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Missiles & Defense to develop first-ever counter-hypersonic interceptor.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Follow-On Investment; MAIN announce that it recently completed a follow-on investment in an existing portfolio company. Main Street, along with its co-investor, made the investment in GRT Rubber Technologies LLC to support the Company's acquisition of Valley Rubber, L.L.C. The follow-on investment consists of an additional $22.1 million first lien, senior secured term debt investment.
