- I purchased 30 shares of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMY) at $ 58.74 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate that purchase 30 shares of BMY will increase € 37.82 of my expected annual net dividend income. My overall cost basis of this position decreases from $ 62.05 to $ 60.88 per share. I totally hold now 80 shares of BMY and my yield on cost is 3.22%. After this acquisition, BMY’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.59% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.57%.

- The Coca-Cola Company (KO) Acquires Remaining Stake in BODYARMOR; KO announced that it acquired full ownership of the BodyArmor by paying $5.6B for the 85% of the company it did not own. The acquisition of BodyArmor will be funded through cash on-hand.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a $250M single-award IQ/ID contract (H92408-22-D-0001) for Integrated Tactical Mission Systems engineering and integration support.
- Nutrien Ltd. (NTR) Reports Third Quarter Results; NTR reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $1.25, $0.07 above estimates. Revenue grew 43% to $6.02 billion, topping estimates by $530 million.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Closes Merger With VEREIT; O and VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER) today announced the completion of their previously announced merger. Under the terms of the merger agreement, VEREIT stockholders were entitled to receive, for each share of VEREIT common stock held, 0.705 shares of Realty Income common stock. O also expects to complete its spin-off of substantially all the office assets of the combined company into a new, publicly traded REIT named Orion Office REIT Inc. (ONL). For every ten shares of Realty Income common stock held of record by Realty Income stockholders will receive one share of Orion common stock.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Announces Operating Results For The Three And Nine Months Ended September 30, 2021; O reports third quarter FFO of $0.91, an increase of 12.1% from last year and in line with expectations. Revenue increased 21.6% to $491.9 million, $35.45 better than expected.

- NCC AB (NCC) Reports Third Quarter Results; NCC reports third quarter EPS of SEK 6.56, a 44.8% increase from the prior year. Net sales grew 13.4% to SEK 14,531 million, SEK 263 million better than expected
- WEC Energy Group, Inc. (WEC) Reports Third Quarter Results; WEC reports GAAP EPS of $0.92, beating analyst estimates by $0.13 and growing 9.5% year-over-year. Revenue grew 6.1% to $1.75 billion, topping estimates by $70 million.
- Edison International (EIX) Reports Third Quarter Results; EIX reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.69, a 1.2% increase from last year and $0.07 lower than expected. Revenue grew 14.2% to $5.3 billion, which was $690 million ahead of expectations.
- ConocoPhillips (COP) Announces Third Quarter 2021 Results; COP reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.77, compared with a third-quarter 2020 loss $0.31, and $0.25 ahead of expectations.
- ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Announces Third Quarter Results; OKE reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.88, a 25.7% increase from the prior year and $0.06 above estimates. Adjusted EBITDA grew 16% to $865.2M.
- Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Reports Third Quarter Results; PFE reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.34, a 129% increase year-over-year and $0.25 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 134.4% to $24.1 billion, topping estimates by $1.28 billion.
- Eaton Corporation plc (ETN) Reports Quarterly Results; ETN reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.75, 30% higher than the previous year and a $0.02 beat of estimates. Revenue improved 8.2% to $4.9 billion, though this missed estimates by $110 million.
- Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) Announces Third Quarter 2021 Results; PRU reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $3.78, 22.7% higher than the previous year and a $1.05 beat of estimates. Revenue improved 22.9% to $1.88 billion.
- Unum Group (UNM) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results; UNM reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.03, a decline of 14.9% from last year and $0.12 below estimates. Revenue decreased 1% to $2.97 billion, but was $100 better than expected.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Monthly Dividends Increase and Supplemental Dividend Payable in December 2021, MAIN announce that its Board of Directors declared regular monthly cash dividends of $0.215 per share for each of January, February and March 2022. This represent a 2.4% increase from the regular monthly dividends paid for the fourth quarter of 2021 and represent a 4.9% increase from the regular monthly dividends declared for the first quarter of 2021. In addition to the regular monthly dividends for the first quarter of 2022, the Board of Directors declared a supplemental cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable in December 2021.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) to Acquire Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes; ADM announced a significant expansion of its broad portfolio of health and wellness products and solutions with an agreement to purchase U.S.-based Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes. The transaction, which is subject to regulatory approval, is expected to be completed in the coming weeks; when that occurs, Deerland’s approximately 320 colleagues will transfer to ADM.

- Sampo plc (SAMPO) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results; SAMPO reports third quarter EPS of €0.93, a 32.86% increase year-over-year and €0.21 ahead of estimates. Profit before taxes improved 30% to €632 million, which was €1 million below expectations.
- NCC AB (NCC) sells land in Järva Krog to Aros Bostad; NCC sells land in Järva Krog, Solna, to Aros Bostad for approximately SEK 260 million. The purchase includes development rights corresponding to about 190 new residential units that Aros Bostad will construct with NCC as the turnkey contractor.
- QUALCOMM Incorporated (QCOM) Announces Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2021 Results; QCOM reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.55, a 76% increase year-over-year and $0.29 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 43.7% to $9.34 billion, topping estimates by $500 million.
- Avista Corporation (AVA) Reports Financial Results for Third Quarter; AVA reports third quarter GAAP EPS of $0.20, a 186% increase from last year and $0.14 above estimates. Revenue grew 8.8% to $286.75 million, but was $4.18 million below expectations.
- Brookfield Infrastructure (BIP) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results; BIP reports a third quarter GAAP EPS of $0.72, which compares to a loss of $0.12 in the previous year and $0.69 ahead of estimates. FFO increased 12.7% to $0.89. Revenue grew 33% to $2.94 billion.
- CVS Health Corporation (CVS) reports third quarter results; CVS reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.97, an 18.7% increase from the previous year and $0.18 better than expected. Revenue increased 10% to $73.79 billion, $3.27 billion above what analysts had expected.
- Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results, Increased Quarterly Dividends; EMR reports Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.21, a 10% improvement from the previous year and $0.03 above estimates. Revenue increased 8.6% to $4.95 billion, but was $140 million less than expected. EMR declares $0.515/share quarterly dividend, 2% increase from prior dividend of $0.505.
- Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC) Reports Q3 Results; MFC reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.76, a 4.11% improvement from the previous year. Net income fell to $1.6 billion, down $476 million or 23% from the third quarter of 2020.
November 4, 2021
- Duke Energy Corporation (DUK) reports third-quarter 2021 financial results; DUK reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.88, a 0.5% increase from last year and $0.08 above estimates. Revenue grew 3.4% to $6.95 billion, which was $510 million below expectations.
- Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (PNW) Increases Quarterly Dividend; Board of Directors of PNW increased dividend by 2.4 percent, or 8 cents per common share annually. This action will result in an indicated annual dividend of $3.40 per share – or $0.85 per share quarterly. The declared quarterly dividend is payable Dec. 1, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 16, 2021.
- Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results; KTB reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.28, a 3.76% decline from last year but $0.25 ahead of estimates. Revenue improved 11.8% to $652.3 million, topping estimates $37.18 million.
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) Reports Fiscal 2021 Fourth Quarter Results; APD reports Q4 GAAP EPS of $2.51, 15% higher than the previous year and a $0.02 beat of estimates. Revenue improved 22.4% to $2.84 billion, topping estimates by $170 million.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Third Quarter 2021 Results; MAIN reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.76, a 52% improvement from the previous year and $0.14 above estimates. Total investment income improved 47.8% to $76.784 million, topping estimates by $8.82 million.
- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results; OHI reports third quarter FFO of $0.85, a 3.66% increase from the previous year and $0.03 above estimates. Revenue increased 136.5% to $281.672 million, $49.59 million higher than expected.
- BCE Inc. (BCE) reports third quarter 2021 results; BCE reports third quarter Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.82, in line with estimates and up 3.8% from last year. Revenue improved 0.9% to C$5.84 billion, which was C$100 million below expectations.
November 5, 2021
- Dominion Energy, Inc. (D) Announces Third-Quarter 2021 Earnings; D reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.11, an 2.78% increase from last year and $0.05 above estimates. Revenue fell 11.9% to $3.18 billion, which was $710 million below expectations.
- Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (PNW) Reports 2021 Third-Quarter Results; PNW reports Q3 GAAP EPS of $3.00, a 2.28% decline from the previous year but $0.30 above estimates. Revenue improved 4.8% to $1.31 billion, topping expectations by $80 million.
- Brookfield Renewable (BEP) Announces Record Third Quarter Results; BEP reports a third quarter GAAP EPS loss of $0.72, which compares to a loss of $0.29 in the previous year and $0.18 below of estimates. FFO increased 32% to $0.33. Revenue grew 11.4% to $966 million, which was $22.78 million below expectations.
- Pfizer Inc. (PFE); PFE’s Novel COVID-19 Oral Antiviral Treatment Candidate Reduced Risk of Hospitalization or Death by 89% in Interim Analysis of Phase 2/3 EPIC-HR Study
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a $105.67M firm-fixed-price modification to previously-awarded contract N00024-16-C-6412 to exercise options for the production of MK 48 Mod 7 guidance and control sections and MK 48 Mod 7 Common Broadband Advanced Sonar System kits. LMT has also been awarded a $10.86B ID/IQ for Advanced Raptor Enhancement & Sustainment (or ARES) for the F-22 Program Office.
- Magna International Inc. (MGA) Announces Third Quarter 2021 Results; MGA reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.56, a 71.28% decrease from last year and $0.16 below expectations. Revenue declined 13.5% to $7.9 billion, but topped estimates by $50 million.
- Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC) Increases Common Dividend; MFC announced a 5 cents per share dividend on the common shares payable on and after December 20, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2021. Combined with its quarterly common dividend of $0.28 per share announced on November 3, 2021, this supplementary dividend results in a total quarterly common shareholder dividend of $0.33 per share or an 18% increase.
- TELUS Corporation (TU) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results, Increases Quarterly Dividend; TU reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.29, an increase of 3.57% from the prior year and C$0.01 above estimates. Revenue improved 6.8% to C$4.25 billion, missing estimates by C$40 million. The company also increased its quarterly dividend 3.5% to C$0.3275, giving the stock a forward yield of 4.63%.
- Enbridge Inc. (ENB) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results; ENB reports third quarter Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.59, a grow of 22.9% year-over-year and C$0.03 above expectations. Operating revenue grew to $11.47 billion compared with $9.11 billion.
- TC Energy Corporation (TRP) Reports Third Quarter 2021 Results; TRP reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.99, an increase of 4.21% year-over-year and in line with estimates. Revenue increased 1.41% to C$3.24 billion.
