  • UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) Interim Report Q3 2021; UPM reported third quarter comparable earnings per share EPS of EUR 0.66, 128% higher than the prior year and EUR 0.12 above estimates. Revenue improved 24% to $2.52 billion, $99 million better than expected.






  • Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) awarded a $340M contract for mobile sensors operations and maintenance services of the Cobra King radar system.

  • WestRock Company (WRK) Increases Quarterly Dividend; Board of Directors of WRK declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share on its common stock, an increase of $0.01 per share from its previous dividend rate and representing an annualized increase of $0.04 per share, or 4%. The quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 10, 2021, and will be paid on November 23, 2021.



  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) awarded a ~$243M cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for long range fires technology development and demonstration.



  • T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) to Acquire Oak Hill Advisors; TROW will acquire 100% of the equity of OHA and certain other entities that have common ownership for a purchase price of up to approximately $4.2 billion, with $3.3 billion payable at closing, approximately 74% in cash and 26% in T. Rowe Price common stock, and up to an additional $900 million in cash upon the achievement of certain business milestones beginning in 2025.
