August 31, 2021

 

  • I purchased 35 shares of TC Energy Corporation (TRP) at CA$ 59.29 per share plus commission.

 

At today's exchange rate that purchase 35 shares of TRP will increase € 60.96 of my expected annual net dividend income. My overall cost basis of this position increases from CA$ 55.87 to CA$ 59.98 per share. I totally hold now 135 shares of TRP and my yield on cost is 6.11%. After this acquisition, TRP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.81% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.40%.

  • Collins Aerospace to acquire FlightAware; Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX), has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held FlightAware, a leading digital aviation company providing global flight tracking solutions, predictive technology, analytics and decision-making tools.

 

August 31, 2021

 

  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells 50 rental apartments in Helsinki; BONAVA is selling 50 rental apartments in Helsinki, Finland, to eQ Residential Fund. The transaction amounts to EUR 12 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the first quarter of 2023.

 

September 1, 2021

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) to build Valle Vision in Oslo; NCC has signed an agreement with Union Eiendomskapital, through the UREF II Holding fund, to build Valle Vision in Oslo. The office building will comprise 23,500 square meters and is the third phase of the Valle area of Oslo. The order value is approximately SEK 460 million.

 

  • UGI Corporation (UGI) Completes Acquisition of Mountaineer Gas; UGI has completed the previously announced acquisition of Mountaintop Energy Holdings LLC, owner of Mountaineer Gas Company (“Mountaineer”), the largest gas local distribution company in West Virginia, for an enterprise value of $540 million. With all closing conditions now satisfied, including final regulatory approval from the West Virginia Public Service Commission, Mountaineer becomes the newest wholly-owned subsidiary of UGI.

 

September 2, 2021

 

  • Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) Increases Dividend; VZ declared a quarterly dividend of 64 cents per outstanding share, an increase of 1.25 cents per share from the previous quarter. The quarterly dividend is payable on November 1, 2021, to Verizon shareholders of record at the close of business on October 8, 2021. This is the 15th consecutive year Verizon’s Board has approved a quarterly dividend increase.
