  • Unilever plc to acquire Paula's Choice skincare; Unilever announced it has signed an agreement to acquire leading digital-led skin care brand Paula’s Choice from TA Associates. Paula’s Choice is a pioneer of science-backed products and direct to consumer (DTC) e-commerce.

 

 

June 15, 2021

 

  • Realty Income Corporation (O) Declares 111th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase; O declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2355 per share from $0.235 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2021. This is the 111th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for July's dividend is June 30, 2021.

 

June 17, 2021

 

  • Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells 154 rental apartments in Stockholm; Bonava is selling 154 Nordic Swan ecolabelled rental apartments in Sollentuna, Stockholm, to NREP. The transaction is valued at SEK 431 million and is contingent upon the issue of a building permit. The first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2023. Occupancy will occur gradually as of the third quarter of the same year.

 

  • U.S. Dept of Defense awards Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ)  $495M contract to manage research network; The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) has selected Verizon Public Sector to deliver a next-generation, high-bandwidth, low-latency, Layer 2 wide area network in support of critical research. Verizon’s solution includes switch, router, firewall and Edge Compute capabilities, connecting 200 different Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) laboratories and High Performance Computing (HPC) locations across the United States and beyond.

 

  • W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Announces Industrial Investments Totaling $137 Million; WPC announced three industrial investments totaling $137 million and covering approximately two million square feet. The investments comprise five operationally-critical properties net leased to industry-leading tenants, bringing investment volume year-to-date to approximately $900 million with a weighted-average lease term of approximately 22 years.

 

  • W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Increases Quarterly Dividend; WPC announced that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.05 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.20 per share. The dividend is payable on July 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2021.
