- Fortum Corporation (FORTUM) to accelerate strategy execution – changes in senior management at Uniper; Uniper CEO Andreas Schierenbeck and Uniper CFO Sascha Bibert step down with immediate effect. Klaus-Dieter Maubach takes over as new Uniper CEO, Tiina Tuomela becomes new Uniper CFO and Fortum Group CEO Markus Rauramo becomes Uniper Supervisory Board Chair.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) Awarded $1 Billion Contract For Precision Fires All-Weather Rocket; LMT received a $1.12 billion contract from the U.S. Army for Lot 16 production of Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) rockets and associated equipment.
- Eaton Corporation plc (ETN) acquires 50 percent stake in HuanYu High Tech; ETN announced it has completed the acquisition of a 50 percent stake in HuanYu High Tech, a subsidiary of HuanYu Group that manufactures and markets low-voltage circuit breakers and contactors in China, and throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
- Visa Inc. (V) Becomes First Major Payments Network to Settle Transactions in USD Coin (USDC); V announced a major industry first in bridging the worlds of digital and traditional fiat currencies: the use of USD Coin (USDC), a stablecoin backed by the US dollar, to settle a transaction with Visa over Ethereum—one of the most actively used open-source blockchains.

- Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells 72 rental apartments in Helsinki; Bonava is selling two rental housing projects comprising a total of 72 rental apartments just west of Helsinki to the investor Taaleri Vuokrakoti Ky Fond. The housing units are expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the second and third quarters of 2022.

- ConocoPhillips (COP) Provides Preliminary First-Quarter 2021 Operational and Financial Update; COP Reaffirms Full-Year 2021 Capital of $5.5 Billion and Production of 1.5 Million Barrels of Oil Equivalent per Day; Provides Additional 2021 Guidance
- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) Announces Price Increases for North American Consumer Products Business; KMB announced that it is notifying customers in the U.S. and Canada of plans to increase net selling prices across a majority of its North America consumer products business. The percentage increases are in the mid-to-high single digits. Nearly all of the increases will be effective in late June and impact the company's baby and child care, adult care and Scott bathroom tissue businesses.
- Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA) Reports Fiscal 2021 Second-Quarter Results; WBA reports second quarter of fiscal 2021 GAAP EPS of $1.06, 8.2% growth compared to the prior year and $0.17 higher than expected. Revenue grew 4.6% to $32.78 billion, miss estimates by $3.1 billion. The company raised FY2021 guidance to mid-to-high single digit growth in constant currency adjusted EPS from both total and continuing operations from low single-digit growth.
- Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (SKT) Announces Debt Reduction Plans Funded with Cash & ATM Proceeds; SKT raises $130.6M through the sale of 6.9M shares of its common stock at $19.02 apiece through its at-the-market equity offering program and uses the proceeds to pay off some debt.
