Dividend Increase – Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD)

Today the Board of Directors of Toronto-Dominion Bank announced a quarterly dividend increase of from CA$0.47 to CA$0.51 per share that’s payable April 30, 2015 to holders of record April 7, 2015. This represents a 8.51 % increase to regular quarterly dividends. With current price CA$54.70 (today's open), this raise brings their dividend yield to 3.73%.

Since I own 80 shares, this will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income by CA$9.54.

That increase rises my YOC to 3.75%.

  1. Congrats on the increase! Thats two days in a row :)

    1. Hi R2R

Thanks, next week we will wait some increase from BNS!

  2. Iam interested to know what you are going to do with your ESV stocks now that they lowered the dividend by 80%.

    1. Hello

ESV's Dividend drop was expected, but the amount of it surprised me. I'm not going to sell now, I'll probably keep them at least half a year and I'll look at how things will develop. I don't need any tax losses right now, but perhaps at the end of this year I'll sell them and take losses, time will show.

      Thanks for stopping by!
