Kiitos. Ei ollut sinunkaan tulos huono Joulukuussa ja kehitys sinulla näyttää oikein hyvältä.

Hyvää loppu vuotta ja hyviä sijoituksia.

  5. DH,

Congrats on a huge December and a huge 2014. Great numbers up there!

Although, it seems like you have some concentration on high-yield stocks that haven't performed very well either as businesses or stocks in quite a while (TAL, ESV, ARCP, PFE). I love dividends, but not at the expense of poor fundamentals. Any plans to change this, or still focusing on the big yielders?

    Cheers!

    1. Hi Jason

Thanks! You are right, I have many high-yield stocks in my portfolio. TAL I have been thinking to sell already several times, but I’m still keeping it. Otherwise I don’t have any plans to change those, perhaps only pick up some more ESV, even it has some risk for dividend cut!

      Thanks for stopping by!

  6. Congrats on the big gains in 2014 and this past December. I am building a mix of index funds, dividends stocks, and REITS to help me achieve my goals. Good Luck in 2015.

  7. DH,

Great job! You absolutely crushed it last year.

How do you feel about owning ARCP after last week's news? Also, I've noticed quite a lot of higher risk stocks in your portfolio too. Do you plan on going the safer route once you've properly launched your dividend income?

    All the best for 2015,
    NMW

    1. Hi NMW

Thanks! Of course I don’t feel very comfortable owning ARCP, but I have made the decision to wait and see what will happen with it. My plan isn’t to buy specific high risky stocks, when I have made my purchases, I haven’t seen very high risk of them.

Wish a successful year 2015 to you too!

  9. DH,

WHOA. Over $700 in dividend income... that is amazing with over $7,000 this year... incredible. You had over $583 per month in dividend income when averaged out, I am definitely jealous!

Keep this up Dividend Hawk and you will be cruising to $10K-$12K on the year, which you can easily calculate what that average is per month. Very excited for you come 2015!

    1. Hi Lanny

Thanks! The year 2014 was very good for me and my dividend income was much higher as I was expecting.
That $10K is a nice step, but it surely will not happen in the year 2015, it will take some more years!

      Thanks for stopping by!
