Dividend Income - January 2024

 



January, the first month of the year, is over and February is already halfway through. So it's time to report my dividend income for January.






My Total dividends in January are €2,050.89.32 ($2,240.11). After taxes, my net dividend income is €1,521.49 ($1,661.91). In year 2023 my net dividend income in January was €1,490.75 ($1,606.14). My portfolio's net dividend income increased by €30.74 or 2.1% to compared the same month of previous year. Compared to the previous year, there have been some changes to the dividend income of January: One new dividend payer CCI have joined to the portfolio and ONL has left it. Additional purchase such UGI, TD.TO, MAIN and O. Compared to a year ago, one holding also included a nice dividend increases namely PEP, but unfortunately also several dividend cuts from MPW, WPC, AQN.TO and SDIV.


This net passive income of €1,521.49 means that I received a reasonable €49.08 every day or €2.05 per every hour during January, no matter what I did.





This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income €157,889.36.




Net income / expenditure


  • Net passive income for January was €1,521.49.


  • Total expenditure for January was €1,389.26.


  • The result for January was €132.23.



I have now collected 6.47% of my target net passive income for this year, which is €23,500.00.

  1. Congratulations, I will never reach you but I do what I can, last year I got five thousand euros before taxes. I continue forward this year, focusing at the beginning of the year on utilities.
