June 22, 2026


  • AbbVie Inc. (ABBV) to Acquire Apogee Therapeutics; ABBV and Apogee Therapeutics (NASDAQ: APGE) ("Apogee") announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which AbbVie will acquire Apogee and its diverse pipeline of multiple clinical-stage candidates in development across inflammatory and immunological diseases, including atopic dermatitis (AD) and asthma. Under the terms of the transaction, AbbVie will acquire all outstanding shares of Apogee for $135.11 per share in cash. The transaction values Apogee at a total equity value of approximately $10.9 billion. The boards of directors of both companies have unanimously approved the transaction. This transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including Apogee shareholder approval and receipt of regulatory approvals.

  • QUALCOMM Incorporated (QCOM) to Acquire Modular; QCOM announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Modular Inc, strengthening Qualcomm Technologies, Inc.’s software foundation for generative and agentic AI across data center and edge environments. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and applicable regulatory approvals.


  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) secures $35 billion multi-year THAAD contract; LMT Missiles and Fire Control, Dallas, Texas, secured a multi-year procurement sole-source, fixed-price incentive, undefinitized contract for the production of Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, or THAAD, Interceptors valued at $35.33 billion. Under this contract, the contractor will produce THAAD missile rounds, under fixed-price contract line-item numbers.


  • RTX Corporation (RTX) announced that it won a $398.7M cost-reimbursement contract for the Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile (AMRAAM) program. The contract covers design and manufacturing validation work for the AMRAAM's D4/C9 variants ahead of production.



  • Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Exit of Portfolio Investment; MAIN announced that it recently exited its debt investments and equity investment in Centre Technologies Holdings, LLC ("Centre" or the "Company") upon the completion of a majority recapitalization with a new financial sponsor. MAIN realized a gain of $46.4 million on the exit of its equity investment in Centre.

  • General Dynamics Corporation's (GD) Land Systems won a $209.3M contract modification for the Abrams Engineering Program. The award increases the total value of the contract to nearly $849.9M. The program work will be carried out in Warren, Michigan, and is expected to run through Nov. 26, 2031.
