The dividend is payable on November 12, 2025, to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2025. This 4.41% increase marks Texas’s 22th consecutive annual dividend raise, reflecting the company’s disciplined financial management and commitment to long-term growth.
At the current price of $181.62 (yesterday's close), this increase will raise TXN's dividend yield to 3.13%.
