  • I purchased 20 shares of ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) at $74.65 per share plus commission.


At today's exchange rate, that purchase 20 shares of OKE will increase €52.66 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 90 OKE shares at an average purchase price of $39.08 and yield on cost is 10.54%. After this acquisition, OKE ’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.78% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.05%.

  • The Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Announces Extension of Tender Offer to Acquire GMS Inc.; HD announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Gold Acquisition Sub, Inc. ("Purchaser"), has extended the expiration date of its tender offer to purchase, subject to certain conditions, all of the outstanding shares of common stock of GMS (the "Shares"), at a price of $110.00 per Share in cash, without interest and subject to any required withholding of taxes.



  • Pratt & Whitney, a division of RTX Corporation (RTX), has been awarded a contract modification worth up to $2.88 billion. This new contract is for the production and delivery of 141 F135 propulsion systems. These engines will be used to support the production of Lot 18 F-35 aircraft for the U.S. Air Force, Marine Corps, and Navy, as well as for international allies and Foreign Military Sales customers.

  • BW LPG Limited (BWLP) Reports Financial Results for Q2 2025; BWLP reported quarterly adjusted earnings of $0.24 per share, down from $0.58 in the prior-year period but slightly above analyst expectations of $0.23. Revenue grew 2.7% year-over-year to $152.66 million, coming in below the consensus estimate of $157.77 million.




  • The Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) Reports Third Quarter Results; BNS reported second-quarter non-GAAP EPS of C$1.88, up 15.3% year-over-year and beating expectations by C$0.15. Revenue rose 13.4% to C$9.49 billion, exceeding estimates by C$190 million. The Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio improved to 13.3%, up roughly 10 basis points from the prior quarter. Provisions for credit losses (PCL) came in at C$1.04 billion, down from C$1.40 billion in Q1 and C$1.05 billion a year earlier, and below the expected C$1.19 billion.

  • NCC AB (NCC) to refurbish police premises in Karlstad; NCC has been commissioned by Skandrenting and the Swedish Police Authority to refurbish and expand the Authority’s office premises in Karlstad. The project will gather a large part of Karlstad’s police operations under one roof. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 500 million.


  • Royal Bank of Canada (RY) Reports Third Quarter 2025 Results; RY reported quarterly adjusted EPS of C$3.84, up from C$3.26 a year earlier and beating expectations by C$0.55. Revenue grew 1.6% year-over-year to C$16.99 billion, surpassing estimates by C$990 million. The bank’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio held steady at 13.2%, representing a 20-basis-point increase from the prior year. Provisions for credit losses (PCL) declined to C$881 million from C$1.42 billion in the prior quarter but rose from C$659 million a year earlier.

  • NCC AB (NCC) awarded multibillion kronor contract for overhead power lines in Västra Götaland; NCC has been awarded the major Svenska kraftnät bundled procurement to plan and construct more than 450 kilometers of power lines in Västra Götaland County. The expansion is crucial for the electrification of the region and industrial growth in Västra Götaland. The transaction will be carried out as part of a strategic partnering agreement. Svenska kraftnät has estimated that the contract is worth about SEK 7.5 billion.


  • NCC AB (NCC) to build underground rainwater basin in Denmark; NCC has been commissioned by Glostrup Forsyning and Glostrup Municipality to build an underground rainwater basin west of Copenhagen. The project is being carried out to protect the city from future flooding and to contribute to a more resilient and climate-adapted infrastructure. The order value amounts to just over SEK 160 million.


  • Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) Reports Second Quarter Results; BBY reported second-quarter non-GAAP EPS of $1.28, down 4.5% year-over-year but $0.06 ahead of analyst expectations. Revenue rose 1.6% to $9.44 billion, exceeding estimates by $210 million. Management reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 outlook, with revenue expected between $41.1 billion and $41.9 billion and adjusted diluted EPS projected in the range of $6.15 to $6.30.


  • RTX Corporation (RTX) has been awarded a $1.7B modification to a U.S. Army contract to support the low-rate initial production of Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Systems.


  • Poland Selects L3Harris Technologies, Inc. (LHX) Electronic Warfare System for F-16 Fleet; The government of Poland has selected LHX to provide its Viper Shield™ electronic warfare (EW) system for the country’s F-16 Viper upgrade program. Poland will purchase the AN/ALQ-254 Viper Shield system through the U.S. government to enhance the offensive and defensive capabilities of its current F-16 Block 52+ configuration. Viper Shield will equip Poland with the same advanced EW features available to other international allies operating the new F-16 Block 70 variant.


  • The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD)Reports Third Quarter 2025 Results; TD reported third-quarter non-GAAP EPS of C$2.20, up 7.3% year-over-year and C$0.17 above analyst expectations. Revenue rose 8.0% to C$15.30 billion, surpassing estimates by C$1.59 billion. The bank’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) capital ratio stood at 14.8% as of July 31, 2025, compared with 14.9% in the prior quarter and 12.8% a year earlier. Provisions for credit losses (PCL) totaled C$971 million, down C$370 million from Q2 and C$101 million lower than the same period last year.


  • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM) Announces Third Quarter 2025 Results; CM reported fiscal Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of C$2.16, a 12.0% increase from C$1.93 a year ago and C$0.16 above analyst expectations of C$2.01. Revenue rose 9.8% year-over-year to C$7.25 billion, exceeding consensus by C$200 million. The bank’s Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1) ratio stood at 13.4% as of July 31, 2025, unchanged from the prior quarter. Provisions for credit losses (PCL) were C$559 million, up C$76 million compared to the same quarter last year.

  • NCC AB (NCC) to build new nursing home in Jönköping; NCC has been commissioned by Jönköping Municipality to construct a new nursing home and group home and to carry out associated earth and groundworks in Jönköping. The project will be in the form of a construction contract with a fixed price and an order value of approximately SEK 370 million.


  • Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Announces Streamlining of Soy Protein Production Network; ADM announced that it is taking actions to streamline and strengthen its global soy protein production network, enhancing efficiency and positioning itself to better serve customers worldwide by capitalizing on operational leverage and excellence at its recently recommissioned soy protein facility in Decatur, Illinois, as well as other facilities spanning its global network.
