  • I purchased 50 shares of Canadian Natural Resources Limited (TSE:CNQ) at C$46.41 per share plus commission.


At today's exchange rate, that purchase 50 shares of CNQ will increase €56.07 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, my portfolio now contains a total of 250 Canadian Natural Resources shares at an average purchase price of C$45.88 and yield on cost is 4.90%. After this acquisition, CNQ’s weight of my portfolio is about 1.02% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 1.19%.

  • Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Announces 2025 Financial Expectations; KMI expect FY 2025 adjusted earnings of $1.27 per share, up 8% compared to its FY 2024 forecast of $1.17 per share, while generating $8.3B of adjusted EBITDA, up nearly 4% from the 2024 forecast of $8B. Management also projected an annualized dividend of $1.1 per share in 2025.


December 10, 2024


  • Amgen Inc. (AMGN) Increased Quarterly Dividend; AMGN announced that its Board of Directors declared a $2.38 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2025, 5.8% increase from prior dividend of $2.25. The dividend will be paid on March 7, 2025, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 14, 2025.


  • Realty Income Corporation (O) Increased Monthly Dividend; O announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2640 per share from $0.2635 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2025, to stockholders of record as of January 2, 2025. This is the 128th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.

  • Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Extend Share Repurchase Program; ADM announced today that its Board of Directors authorized an extension of ADM’s share repurchase program. The share repurchase program now authorizes the purchase of 300,000,000 shares through Dec. 31, 2029. Following this increase, there are 114,764,049 shares remaining available for future repurchases after reflecting past repurchases under the program.


December 12, 2024


  • NCC AB (NCC) to build 185 rental apartments in Lund; NCC, on behalf of Tetra Laval Real Estate AB, is to build 185 apartments in the Västerbro district in central Lund. The project is a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately SEK 330 million.


  • Edison International (EIX) Raises Quarterly Dividend; EIX declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.8275 per share, payable on Jan. 31, 2025, to shareholders of record on Jan. 7, 2025. This action increases the annual dividend rate by $0.19 per share for the quarter ending Jan. 31, 2025. The 2025 annual dividend rate will be $3.31 per share, an increase of 6.1% from the current annual dividend rate of $3.12 per share.


  • Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Increased Quarterly Dividend; PFE announced that its board of directors declared an increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.43, 2.4% increase from prior dividend of $0.42, for the first-quarter 2025 dividend, payable March 7, 2025, to holders of record at the close of business on January 24, 2025.
