- I purchased 10 shares of Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) at €75.88 per share plus commission
At today's exchange rate, that purchase 10 shares of SBUX will increase €15.62 of my expected annual net dividend income. Following this acquisition, the portfolio now contains a total of 50 Starbucks Corporation shares at an average purchase price of $74.97 and yield on cost is 3.04%. After this acquisition, SBUX ’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.51% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.35%.

- ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) to Acquire Gulf Coast NGL Pipelines; OKE announced that it has agreed to acquire a system of natural gas liquids (NGL) pipelines from Easton Energy, a Houston-based midstream company, for approximately $280 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
- Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, a unit of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $332.13 million modification to contract W31P4Q-23-D-0003 for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System.
- Emera Incorporated (TSE:EMA) Reports 2024 First Quarter Financial Results; EMA reported adjusted earnings per share of C$0.76 decreased C$0.23 or 23% compared to C$0.99 in Q1 2023. The mean expectation of ten analysts for the quarter was for earnings of C$0.81. Revenue fell 17.1% to C$2.02 billion from a year ago, analysts expected C$2.04 billion.

- Neste Corporation (NESTE) revises downwards its 2024 comparable sales margin guidance for Renewable Products; NESTE announced The revised 2024 comparable sales margin guidance for Renewable Products isexpected to be in the range of USD 480–650/ton. The previous 2024 comparable sales margin guidance for Renewable Products was expected to be in the range of USD 600–800/ton.
- The Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Announces First Quarter Fiscal 2024 Results; HD reports Q1 GAAP EPS of $3.63 down 5% versus prior year but $0.04 ahead of estimates. Revenue of $36.4 billion misses analyst estimates by $250 million and decreased 2.4% versus the same quarter last year. For fiscal 2024 Management guides total sales growth of approximately 1.0%, including the 53rd week and 53-week diluted earnings-per-share-percent growth of approximately 1.0%.
- Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) Announces Follow-On Investment; MAIN recently completed a follow-on investment totaling $25.9M in Nebraska Vet AcquireCo, dba Heritage Vet Partners.

- Avance Gas Holding Ltd (AGAS:OL) Reports First Quarter 2024 Earnings; AGAS reported a net profit of $146.5 million for the first quarter 2024, or $1.91 per share, compared with a net profit of $61.5 million, or $0.80 per share for the fourth quarter 2023. The net profit excluding gain on vessel sales was $61.6 million, or $0.80 per share for the first quarter 2024. The board declared a combined return of capital and dividend of $2.15 per share.
- Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Third Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports Q3 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.88, beating analyst estimates by $0.06 but decreased 12% year-over-year. Revenue fell 12.8% to $12.7 billion, beating analyst estimates by $70 million. For 2024 Management guides revenue from $53.6 billion to $53.8 billion and Non-GAAP from $3.69 to $3.71.

- Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales in April; KESKO’s sales in April grew by 6.6%, or by 2.8% in comparable terms.
- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) to Acquire Proteologix, Inc.; JNJ announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Proteologix, Inc., a privately-held biotechnology company focused on bispecific antibodies for immune-mediated diseases, for $850 million in cash, with potential for an additional milestone payment.
- Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) Reports First Quarter 2024 Results; FLO reports Q1 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.38, missing estimates by $0.03 and was consistent with the prior year period. Revenue grew 3.3% to $1.58 billion, in line with estimates. For 2024 Management guides sales in the range of approximately $5.091 billion to $5.172 billion, representing 0.0% to 1.6% growth compared to the prior year and adjusted diluted EPS in the range of approximately $1.20 to $1.30.
- Aflac Incorporated (AFL) to acquire stake in private credit asset management firm Tree Line Capital Partners; Aflac Global Investments (AGI), the asset management subsidiary of AFL, announced that it has agreed to acquire a stake in San Francisco-based lower middle-market direct lender, Tree Line Capital Partners (Tree Line). The structure of the deal provides AGI with a 40% interest in the company upon closing. In addition, AFL is making a multiyear commitment to allocate a portion of its annual investable cashflow to Tree Line.

- Realty Income Corporation (O) Increased Monthly Dividend; O announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2625 per share from $0.2570 per share. The dividend is payable on June 14, 2024, to stockholders of record as of June 3, 2024. This is the 125th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994.
