  • ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full-year 2023 Earnings; OKE reports GAAP EPS of $1.18, missing analyst estimates by $0.02 but increased 9.3% year-over-year. Revenue of $5.24 billion misses analyst estimates by $800 million but increased 4.2% versus the same quarter last year. Management guides for 2024 nNet income midpoint of $2.8 billion.


  • General Dynamics Corporation´s (GD) Electric Boat Corp. Connecticut was awarded a not-to-exceed ~$150.98M undefinitized contract action modification to previously awarded contract N00024-24-C-2110 for long lead time material associated with the Virginia Class submarines SSN 814, SSN 815, SSN 816, and SSN 817.



February 27, 2024


  • Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (PNW) Reports 2023 Full-Year and Fourth-Quarter Results; PNW reports GAAP EPS of $0.00 compared a loss of $0.21 per share for the same period in 2022. Revenue of $991.57 million beating analyst estimates by $1.14 million but decreased 1.8% versus the same quarter last year. Management estimates its consolidated 2024 earnings guidance will be in the range of $4.60 to $4.80 per diluted share on a weather-normalized basis.


  • General Dynamics Corporation¨s (GD) Land Systems awarded ~$210.34M hybrid contract for the purchase, warehousing, repair, issue, shipment, disposal, obsolescence management and configuration management of parts to support the Stryker Brigade Combat Team.


  • The Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) Reports First Quarter Results; BNS reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.69, 8.15% below from last year but C$0.08 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 5.9% to C$8.43 billion, topping estimates C$180 million. BNS reported an increased CET1 capital ratio of 12.9%, up from 11.5% last year.

  • Viatris Inc. (VTRS) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2023 Financial Results; VTRS reports EPS of -$0.64 cents per share for the fourth quarter, compared with a profit of 83 cents a year ago. Revenue of $3.83 billion misses analyst estimates by $50 million and decreased 1.0% versus the same quarter last year. Management Increases Share Repurchase Authorization by Additional $1 Billion, Bringing Total Authorization to $2 Billion. For FY24 Management guides Total Revenues of $15.25B - $15.75B , Adjusted EBITDA of $4.8B - $5.1B and Adj EPS of $2.70 - $2.85.


  • Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB) Reports 2023 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results; KTB reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.28, missing analyst estimates by $0.09 but increasing 45.5% year-over-year. Revenue of $670 million misses analyst estimates by $56 million and decreased 8.4% versus the same quarter last year. For 2024, Management guides adjusted earnings of $4.65 to $4.75 per share on revenue of $2.57 billion to $2.63 billion.


  • Royal Bank of Canada (RY) Reports First Quarter Results; RY reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of C$2.85, 6% below last year's result but C$0.06 more than expected. Revenue was up 6.3% to C$13.49 billion, just missing the C$13.45 billion expected by the market. CET1 ratio15 was 14.9%, up 40 bps from last quarter.

  • NN Group N.V. (AMS:NN) Reports results for second half of 2023; NN reports operating capital generation (OCG) rising 13% to EUR 1.9 billion in 2023. Solvency II ratio remains robust at 197% from 201% at 30 June 2023. Increased OCG target to EUR 1.9 billion and free cash flow target of EUR 1.6 billion in 2025. Management announced proposed final dividend to €2.08 per share, bringing the total dividend for 2023 to €3.20 per share, an increase of 15% compared to 2022. We also announced a structural increase of our annual share buyback programme to an amount of €300 million.




  • Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) Reports Fourth Quarter Results; BBY reports Non-GAAP EPS of $2.72, beating analyst estimates by $0.22 and increasing 4.2% year-over-year. Revenue fell 0.7% to $14.64 billion, beating analyst estimates by $80 million. Management guides FY25 Non-GAAP Diluted EPS of $5.75 to $6.20.


  • Best Buy Co., Inc. (BBY) Increased Quarterly Dividend; BBY announced its board of directors approved a 2% increase in the regular quarterly dividend to $0.94 per share. The regular quarterly dividend will be payable on April 11, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 21, 2024.


  • Eaton Corporation plc (ETN) Increases Quarterly Dividend; ETN declared a quarterly dividend of $0.94 per ordinary share, an increase of 9% over its last quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable March 29, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 11, 2024.


  • The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) Reports First Quarter 2024 Results; TD reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of C$2.00, 10.3% below last year's result but C$0.07 more than expected. Revenue of C$13.7 billion beats analyst estimates by C$1.34 million and increased 12.3% versus the same quarter last year. Common Equity Tier 1 Capital ratio was 13.9%, compared with 14.4% at the end of the prior quarter.


  • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM) Announces First Quarter 2024 Results; CM reports Q1 Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.81, beating analyst estimates by C$0.15 but decreased 7% year-over-year. Revenue of C$6.22 billion beats analyst estimates by C$150 million and increased 4.9% versus the same quarter last year. CET1 ratio was 13.0% at January 31, 2024, compared with 12.4% at the end of the prior quarter.
