• General Dynamics Corporation (GD) Awarded $2.5 Billion IDIQ Contract; General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a business unit of GD, announced today that it was awarded a $2.5 billion indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract by the Indian Health Service (IHS) to modernize its electronic health record (EHR) system. The 10-year contract has a five-year base period with five option years.

• Power Corporation of Canada (TSE:POW) Reports Third Quarter 2023 Financial Results; POW reports Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.52, beating analyst estimates by C$0.46 and increased 94.9% year-over-year. Adjusted net asset value per share was $48.26 at September 30, 2023, compared with $41.91 at December 31, 2022, an increase of 15.2%.

November 14, 2023

• Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales in October; KESKO’s sales in October 2023 totalled €1,059.1 million, representing an increase of 1.9%.

• NCC AB (NCC) to renovate Finland’s National Museum; NCC has been contracted by Senate Properties to renovate Finland’s National Museum in Helsinki. The order value is approximately SEK 320 million.

• The Home Depot, Inc. (HD) Announces Third Quarter Fiscal 2023 Results; HD reports third quarter GAAP EPS of $3.81, 10.1% below last year's result but $0.05 more than expected. Revenue of $37.7 billion beats analyst estimates by $70 million but decreased 3.0% versus the same quarter last year. For fiscal 2023 Management guides sales and comparable sales to decline between 3% and 4% compared to fiscal 2022 and diluted earnings-per-share-percent-decline between 9% and 11% compared to fiscal 2022.

• Emera Incorporated (TSE:EMA) Renews At-The-Market Equity Program; EMA announced today that it has renewed its at-the-market equity program that allows the Company to issue up to C$600,000,000 of common shares from treasury to the public from time to time, at the Company's discretion.

November 15, 2023

• Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports First Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.11, 29% above from last year and $0.08 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 7.6% to $14.67 billion, topping estimates $40 million. For FY 2024 Management guides revenue of $53.8 billion to $55.0 billion and GAAP EPS of $2.97 to $3.08, Non-GAAP EPS of $3.87 to $3.93.

• Target Corporation (TGT) Reports Third Quarter Earnings; TGT reports Non-GAAP EPS of $2.10, beating analyst estimates by $0.62 and increased 36% year-over-year. Revenue of $25.4 billion beats analyst estimates by $160 million but decreased 4.2% versus the same quarter last year. For the fourth quarter Management guides comparable sales in a wide range around a mid-single digit decline, and GAAP and Adjusted EPS of $1.90 to $2.60.

• Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has secured $100.89 million modification to contract W31P4Q-23-C-0014 for HIMARS/MLRS fire control systems and launcher-loader module logistics support.

• RTX Corporation (RTX) selected to provide development and services at NEOM Bay Airport; The Innovative Contractors for Advanced Dimensions announced has selected Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, for delivery, deployment, and support services for airport operational and passenger processing systems for the NEOM Bay Airport in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia.

• RTX Corporation's (RTX) Pratt & Whitney receives sustainment contract valued up to $870 million; Pratt & Whitney, an RTX business, was awarded a long-term TF33 engine sustainment contract valued up to $870 million by the Defense Logistics Agency. The TF33 engine powers a range of aircraft, including Boeing's B-52 Stratofortress and E-3 Sentry.

• Metro Inc. (MRU:TSE) Reports 2023 Fourth Quarter Results; MRU reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.99, missing analyst estimates by C$0.08 but increased 7.6% year-over-year. Revenue rose 14.4% to C$5.07 billion from a year ago, topping estimates $1.39 billion. Management forecasting operating income before depreciation and amortization and impairments of assets, net of reversals to grow by less than 2% in Fiscal 2024 versus the level reported in Fiscal 2023, and adjusted net earnings per share to be flat to down $0.10 in Fiscal 2024 versus the level reported in Fiscal 2023.

• Enbridge Inc. (ENB) to Expand Partnership with EDF Renewables; ENB announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to participate in the construction and operation of the Fox Squirrel solar project in Ohio, through a 50% interest in a joint venture with EDF Renewables. ENB plans to invest US$149M in the first phase of the project that is expected to generate 150 MW of solar energy and enter service by year-end.

November 16, 2023

• UGI Corporation (UGI) Reports Fiscal 2023 Results; UGI reports fiscal year Non-GAAP EPS of $2.84, 2.07% below last year's result but $0.09 more than expected. Revenue of $8.93 billion misses analyst estimates by $610 million and decreased 11.7 versus last year. Management guides fiscal 2024 adjusted diluted EPS range of $2.70 to $3.00.

November 17, 2023

• NCC AB (NCC) builds new treatment plant in Österåker, Sweden; NCC has been contracted by Roslagsvatten to build a new treatment plant in Österåker to secure wastewater treatment for Österåker Municipality and the City of Vaxholm. The work will be carried out as a turnkey contract and the order value is approximately SEK 1.2 billion.
