  • ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Reports Financial Results for the Second Quarter of 2023; OKE reports second quarter GAAP EPS of $1.04, 13% above from last year and $0.03 ahead of estimates. For 2023 Management increased net income to a midpoint of $2.49 billion compared with a previous midpoint of $2.41 billion and earnings per diluted share increased to a midpoint of $5.54 compared with a previous midpoint of $5.36.


  • Viatris Inc. (VTRS) Reports Financial Results for Second Quarter 2023; VTRS reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.22, beating analyst estimates by $0.02 but decreasing 15.4% year-over-year. Revenue fell 4.9% to $3.92 billion, beating estimates by $60 million. For full year Management guides Total Revenues of $15.5B - $16.0B, Adjusted EBITDA of $5.0B - $5.4B and Free Cash Flow of $2.3B - $2.7B.


  • Medifast, Inc. (MED) Announces Second Quarter 2023 Financial Results; MED reports second quarter GAAP EPS of $2.77, 19% below from last year but $1.33 ahead of estimates. Revenue fell 34.7% to $296.19 million, beating estimates by $25.99 million. Management expects third quarter 2023 revenue to be in the range of $220 million to $240 million and third quarter 2023 diluted EPS to be in the range of $0.71 to $1.32.



  • Realty Income Corporation (O) files to sell up to 120M of its shares; O had struck a sales agreement with a slew of financial firms to sell up to 120M shares of its common stock, the company said Monday in an SEC filing.

  • Duke Energy Corporation (DUK) reports second-quarter 2023 financial results; DUK reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.91, missing analyst estimates by $0.07 and decreasing 16.5% year-over-year. Revenue decreased 1.6% to $6.58 billion, which was $20 million more than expected. Management is reaffirming the adjusted 2023 EPS guidance range of $5.55 to $5.75, and long-term adjusted EPS growth rate of 5% to 7% through 2027 off the 2023 midpoint of $5.65.


  • United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) Releases 2Q 2023 Earnings; UPS reports second quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.54, 22.8% below last year's result but $0.04 more than expected. Revenue of $22.1 billion misses analyst estimates by $1.02 billion and decreased 10.9% versus the same quarter last year. Management now expects full-year 2023 consolidated revenue to be about $93 billion and an adjusted operating margin of around 11.8%.


  • Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (MPW) Reports Second Quarter Results; MPW reports second quarter NFFO of $0.48, 4.35% above from last year and $0.11 ahead of estimates. Revenue of $337.4 million misses analyst estimates by $11.02 million and decreased 15.7% versus the same quarter last year. Management is narrowing its 2023 calendar estimate of per share net income to $0.33 to $0.37 to account for second quarter results and is also narrowing its estimate of per share NFFO to $1.53 to $1.57.

  • Sampo plc (SAMPO) Reports Second Quarter Results; SAMPO reports EPS of €0.60, beating analyst estimates by €0.13 but decreasing 64.9% year-over-year. SAMPO's underwriting result decreased by 12 per cent on a currency adjusted basis to EUR 306 million (369).


  • Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize N.V. (AMS:AD) Releases 2Q 2023 Earnings; AD reports second quarter Non-GAAP EPS of €0.62, 4.7% above from last year. Revenue of €22.1 billion increased 3.3% versus the same quarter last year. Management reiterates the rest of the 2023 full-year outlook, including underlying operating margin of ≥4.0%; underlying EPS at around 2022 levels; and net capital expenditures of approximately €2.5 billion.


  • Orion Office REIT Inc. (ONL) Announces Second Quarter 2023 Results; ONL reports FFO of $0.48, beating analyst estimates by $0.06 but decreasing 4% year-over-year. Revenue of $52 million beats analyst estimates by $2.4 million but decreased 1.6% versus the same quarter last year. Management guides FY23 Core FFO per share of $1.55 - $1.63.


  • Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC) Reports Second Quarter Results; MFC reports second quarter Core EPS of C$0.83, 6% above from last year and C$0.07 ahead of estimates. Core earnings of C$1.6 billion in 2Q23, up 4% on a constant exchange rate basis from 2Q22. Global Wealth and Asset Management segment generated net inflows of C$2.2B, compared with C$4.4B in Q1 and C$1.7B in Q2 of last year.

  • Chevron Corporation (CVX) to invest in Australia lower-carbon pilot projects; CVX will invest in two lower-carbon pilot projects in Western Australia, but financial details were not disclosed. CVX will provide funding to Carbon Sync, which is leading a soil carbon sequestration pilot project involving nearly 200K acres in Western Australia, and to a multi-year research project with Deakin University's Blue Carbon Lab to explore potential carbon dioxide sequestration opportunities in the state's coastal wetlands.



  • Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) Reports Second Quarter Results; FLO reports second quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.33, 6.5% above last year's result and $0.05 more than expected. Revenue of $1.23 billion beats analyst estimates by $30 million and increased 8.8% versus the same quarter last year. For FY 2023 Management guides sales in the range of approximately $5.095 billion to $5.141 billion, representing an increase of approximately 6.0% to 7.0% compared to the prior year period and adjusted diluted EPS in the range of approximately $1.18 to $1.25, compared to prior guidance of $1.15 to $1.25.

  • Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) Announces $400 Million Senior Unsecured Term Loan; OHI announced that it has entered into a new two-year $400 million senior unsecured term loan. The Term Loan matures on August 8, 2025, with two options by the Company to extend the maturity by 12 additional months for each option, subject to certain conditions. The Term Loan includes an “accordion feature” that permits the Company to expand its borrowing capacity to an aggregate of up to $500 million.
