  • CVS Health Corporation (CVS) to acquire Signify Health; CVS and Signify Health (NYSE: SGFY) have entered into a definitive agreement under which CVS Health will acquire Signify Health for $30.50 per share in cash, representing a total transaction value of approximately $8 billion.

 

September 6, 2022

 

  • Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) Increases Dividend; The Board of Directors at Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ) today declared a quarterly dividend of 65.25 cents per outstanding share, an increase of 1.25 cents per share from the previous quarter. The quarterly dividend is payable on November 1, 2022, to Verizon shareholders of record at the close of business on October 7, 2022.
