  • I opened a new position and purchased 10 shares of Texas Instruments Incorporated (TXN) at $ 177.00 per share plus commission.


At today's exchange rate that purchase 10 shares of TXN will increase € 30.02 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, CNR’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.58% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.17%.

  • Pfizer Inc. (PFE) has won a $442.13M modification (P00001) to a U.S. Army contract to produce 835,000 PAXLOVID oral antiviral therapeutic treatments for administration, vendor-managed inventory and distribution activities.


  • Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) Provides Medical Segment Fiscal Year 2022 Financial Update; CAH expects additional inflationary impacts and lower volumes resulting primarily from global supply chain constraints, and a lower-than-expected offset from pricing actions. The company estimates this incremental impact will be approximately $150 million to $175 million to fiscal year 2022 Medical segment profit and approximately $0.40 to $0.45 per share to non-GAAP diluted EPS.

  • Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports December 2021 Assets Under Management; LAZ reported that its preliminary assets under management (“AUM”) as of December 31, 2021 totaled approximately $273.7 billion. The month’s AUM included market appreciation of $8.5 billion, net outflows of $3.0 billion and foreign exchange appreciation of $0.9 billion. Preliminary average assets under management for the quarter ended December 31, 2021 were $273.5 billion.


January 14, 2022


  • Canadian Utilities Limited (TSE:CU) Increase Quarterly Dividend; CU declared a first quarter dividend of 44.42 cents per common share, a one percent increase over the 43.98 cents paid in each of the four previous quarters. This common share dividend is payable March 1, 2022, to shareholders of record on February 3, 2022.
