- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) and Neste Corporation (NESTE)partner on major renewable fuels logistics project in the United States; KMI is partnering with NESTE to create a premier domestic raw material storage and logistics hub in the United States, supporting increased production of renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel and renewable feedstock for polymers and chemicals.
- Ahold Delhaize N.V. (AMS:AD) announces that Albert Heijn completes acquisition of DEEN and starts converting stores; AD announces today that Albert Heijn, its market leader in the Netherlands, has completed the transaction for the acquisition of DEEN with Vomar Voordeelmarkt and DekaMarkt. This also marks the start of the conversion of the 38 DEEN stores in Noord-Holland, Flevoland, Gelderland and Overijssel to Albert Heijn stores.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) and Pentagon Agree To F-35 Sustainment Contracts; The F-35 Joint Program Office awarded the LMT industry team annualized contracts covering fiscal years 2021-2023 to support operations and sustainment of the global F-35 fleet, supporting mission readiness and further reducing costs.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-End Asset Under Management for August 2021; TROW reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.68 trillion as of August 31, 2021. Client transfers from mutual funds to other portfolios, including trusts and separate accounts, were $2.1 billion in August 2021 and $2.4 billion for the quarter-to-date period ended August 31, 2021.
- Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports August 2021 Assets Under Management; LAZ reported that its preliminary assets under management (“AUM”) as of August 31, 2021 totaled approximately $282.8 billion. The month’s AUM included market appreciation of $5.0 billion, foreign exchange depreciation of $0.5 billion and net outflows of $17 million.

- Kesko Corporation (KESKO) sales grew in August; KESKO's sales totalled €971.8 million in August 2021, representing an increase of 9.7% on the previous year. In comparable terms, sales grew by 7.0%.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) to acquire SEAKR Engineering; RTX has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held SEAKR Engineering, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced space electronics. Closure of the acquisition is subject to the completion of customary conditions and regulatory approvals. SEAKR Engineering will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raytheon Technologies and will report into Raytheon Intelligence & Space upon closing.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Declared Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase; O announced its Board of Directors has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.236 per share from $0.2355 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2021. This is the 112th dividend increase since Realty Income's listing on the NYSE in 1994. The ex-dividend date for October's dividend is September 30, 2021. The new monthly dividend represents an annualized dividend amount of $2.832 per share as compared to the current annualized dividend amount of $2.826 per share.

- NCC AB (NCC) is making road 25 in Småland safer; NCC has been contracted to improve safety on national road 25, on the Sjöatorp-Alvesta Väst section between Ljungby and Växjö in the south of Sweden. The section will be widened and converted into a 2+1 road. The roadworks are scheduled for completion by mid-2023. The order value is approximately SEK 250 million.
- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Increases Dividend; PM increased the company’s regular quarterly dividend by 4.2% to an annualized rate of $5.00 per share. The new quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share, up from $1.20 per share, is payable on October 14, 2021, to shareholders of record as of September 29, 2021. The ex-dividend date is September 28, 2021.
- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Announces Closing of Fertin Pharma Acquisition; PM announced the closing of its acquisition of Fertin Pharma A/S (“Fertin Pharma”), a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative pharmaceutical and well-being products based on oral and intra-oral delivery systems, for an enterprise value of DKK 5.1 billion.
- Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) to sell $31B PALAC block of legacy variable annuities to Fortitude Re; PRU and Fortitude Group Holdings, LLC, the parent company of Bermuda’s largest multi-line reinsurer (“Fortitude Re”), today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Prudential will sell a portion of its in-force legacy variable annuity block to Fortitude Re for a total transaction value of $2.2 billion.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Further Expands Global Nutrition Capabilities; AMD unveiled the ADM Food Technology (Pinghu) Co., Ltd., a state-of-the-art, fully automated flavor production facility situated in Pinghu, Zhejiang Province, China.
September 16, 2021
- Nordea Bank Abp (NDA) announces ECB approval of share buy-backs; NDA has received approval from the European Central Bank (ECB) for share buy-backs of up to EUR 2.0bn. A buy-back programme is expected to be initiated after the publication of the third quarter results 2021.
- NCC AB (NCC) to develop new property project in Järva Krog; NCC has now commenced the Nova property development project, comprising approximately 13,000 square meters of office, service and retail space in Järva Krog, Stockholm. The next stage in the development of the neighborhood has thereby commenced, where NCC has already completed the first of three blocks in the area.
- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Announces Unconditional Offer for Vectura Group PLC; PM announced that its offer for Vectura Group plc (Vectura) (LSE: VEC) has become unconditional, having received valid acceptances for or acquired 74.77 % of Vectura shares, in excess of the 50% required under the acceptance condition, as well as confirming that all other conditions to the offer have been satisfied or waived. PMI has extended the offer to allow for the tender of further shares.
- W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Increases Quarterly Dividend; WPC reported that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend from $1.050 to $1.052 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.21 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2021.
