Dividend Income - July 2021

July is gone and it's time to look at how the month went in terms of my dividend income. In July 2021 my portfolio dividend income was as follows:

My Total dividends in July are € 1,722.20 ($ 2,039.46). After tax payments, my net dividend income is € 1,272.54 ($ 1,506.93). In year 2020, my net dividend income in July was € 879.93 ($ 1,008.47). My portfolio's net dividend income increased by € 392.61 or 44.6% to compared the same month of last year. Great influence on dividend payments in July was the fact that the TROW and TEL2 paid an extra dividend. Compared to last year, there are three new dividend paying companies in my portfolio, such as EIX, UGI and TRP.TO, additional purchases AQN.TO and a nice dividend increases from VER.

This € 1,272.54 net passive income means I got a comfortable € 41.05 every day or € 1.71 per hour during July, no matter what I did. By the end of July, these numbers are € 54.30 per day and € 2.26 per hour.

This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 104,869.40.

In the first seven months of the year, I have received net dividends of € 11,510.87, 63.9% of my target net passive income for this year, which is €18,000.00. At the moment, it seems that I will achieve my goal unless there are any unpleasant surprises for the rest of the year.

Full Disclosure: Long on above mentioned stocks.

  1. A 44% growth rate with your numbers is just amazing! I also like the reasonably even distribution among the different companies. We share four companies this month, nice! Although I'm pretty jealous on that TROW special dividend, thats a monster!
