- Intel Corporation (INTC) to Invest $3.5 Billion to Expand New Mexico Manufacturing Operations; The Rio Rancho campus investment increases the manufacturing capacity of breakthrough advanced packaging technologies.
- WEC Energy Group, Inc. (WEC) reports first-quarter results; WEC reports adjusted EPS of $1.61, beating analyst estimates by $0.14 and increasing 12.6% year-over-year. Revenue of $2.7 billion beats analyst estimates by $360 million and increases 28% versus the same quarter last year.
- Baxter International Inc. (BAX) Increases Quarterly Dividend; BAX announced an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend to a rate of $0.28 per share of common stock. This represents an approximately 14% increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.245 per share. The dividend is payable on July 1, 2021, to stockholders of record as of June 4, 2021.
- Nutrien Ltd. (NTR) Reports First Quarter Results; NTR reports GAAP EPS of $0.22, $0.14 better than expected. Revenue grew 11.2% to $4.66 billion, $210 million more than expected.
- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; OHI reports first quarter FFO of $0.85, a 9.45% increase from the previous year and $0.03 ahead of estimates. Revenue improved 8.2% to $273.77 million, $50.92 million higher than expected.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Announces Operating Results For First Quarter 2021; O reports first quarter AFFO of $0.86, a 2.27% decrease from the previous year and $0.12 ahead of estimates. Revenue improved 6.9% to $442.8 million, $26.72 million higher than expected.

- Dominion Energy, Inc. (D) Announces First-Quarter 2021 Earnings; D reports adjusted EPS of $1.23, $0.15 better than expected. Revenue fell 1.8% to $3.87 billion, missing estimates by $210 million.
- Dominion Energy, Inc. (D) Announces Surry Power Station Receives Regulatory Approval to Extend Operations; D Announce that The Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") approves extending Surry Power Station's operating license by 20 years.
- Brookfield Renewable (BEP, BIPC) Announces First Quarter Results; BEP reports EPS of -0.24, $0.21 lower than expected. Revenue declined 2.9% to $1.02 billion, $92.07 million higher than expected. BEP Generated FFO of $242 million, or $0.38 per unit, a 21% increase on a normalized per unit basis over the same period in the prior year.
- ConocoPhillips (COP) Reports First-Quarter 2021 Results; COP reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.69, 53.3% above last year's result and $0.16 higher than expected. Revenue improved 59.6% to $9.83 billion, $1.53 billion higher than expected. COP Announced plans to sell its Cenovus Energy shares in the open market in a disciplined manner by year-end 2022 beginning in the second quarter of 2021.
- Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; PFE reports first quarter adjusted EPS of $0.86, 44% higher than the previous year and $0.17 better than expected. Revenue increased 44.8% to $14.6 billion, topping estimates by $980 million. PFE Maintains Quarterly Dividend for Second-Quarter 2021 at $0.39/Share; Dividend Will Not Be Reduced as a Result of the Initiation of a Quarterly Dividend by Viatris Inc.
- CVS Health Corporation (CVS) reports first quarter results; CVS reports first quarter GAAP EPS of $1.68, 9.8% higher than the prior year and $0.35 above estimates. Revenue improved 3.5% to $69 billion, $750 million better than expected.
- Eaton Corporation plc (ETN) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; ETN reports adjusted EPS of $1.15, a 7.48% increase from the previous year and $0.09 better than expected. Revenue declined 2.1% to $4.69 billion, but topped estimates by $140 million.
- Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) Announces First Quarter 2021 Results; PRU reports GAAP EPS of $6.98, $4.45 above estimates. The Company’s Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of an additional $0.5 billion of its outstanding Common Stock, increasing the authorization to up to $2.0 billion from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.

- Sampo plc (SAMPO) Group’s results for January – March 2021; SAMPO reports first quarter of fiscal year 2021 EPS of €0.82, a 215% increase from the prior year and €0.10 above estimates. Profit before taxes increased 290% to €632 million, topping estimates by €90 million.
- Avista Corporation (AVA) Reports Financial Results for First Quarter 2021; AVA reports first quarter adjusted EPS of $0.98, 36.1% higher than the previous year and $0.15 better than expected. Revenue increased 6% to $399.86 million, $9.79 million lower than expected.
- Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (PNW) Reports 2021 First-Quarter Earnings; PNW reports adjusted EPS of $0.32, 18.5% better than the previous year and $0.10 better than expected. Revenue increased 5.2% to $696.48 million, topping estimates by $8.25 million.
- UGI Corporation (UGI) Record Second Quarter Results; UGI reports second quarter adjusted EPS of $2.33, an 117.76% increase year-over-year and $0.57 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 15.7% to $2.58 billion, topping estimates by $110 million. UGI's Board of Directors also approved an increase to its quarterly dividend to $0.345 per share marking the 34th consecutive year of annual dividend increases.
- WestRock Company (WRK) Reports Fiscal 2021 Second Quarter Results and Increase in Quarterly Dividend; WRK reports second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.42, 26.3% lower than the prior year and $0.19 lower than expected. Revenue declined 0.2% to $4.44 billion, $60 million below estimates. The company also increased its quarterly dividend 20% to $0.24
- Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) Reports Second Quarter 2021 Results; EMR reports adjusted EPS of $0.93, a 11% increase from the previous year and $0.07 better than expected. Revenue increased 6.7% to $4.43 billion, $70 million above what analysts had expected.
- Unum Group (UNM) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; UNM reports first quarter of fiscal 2021 adjusted EPS of $0.75, a 5.1% decline from last year and $0.16 lower than expected. Revenue improved 7.0% to $3.07 billion, topping estimates $100 million.
- Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (SKT) Reports First Quarter Results; SKT reports first quarter FFO of $0.40, a decline of 20% but $0.04 better than expected. Revenue decreased 9.8% to $100.69 million, but was $0.71 million better than expected.
- Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; MFC reports adjusted EPS of C$0.38, a 40.6% decrease from last year and C$0.21 lower than expected.
- Fortis Inc. (FTS) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; FTS reports adjusted net earnings of $0.77, 13.2% higher than the prior year and $0.12 above estimates. "The outlook for Fortis remains positive and we affirm our 6% dividend growth guidance," said Mr. Hutchens.

- Brookfield Infrastructure (BIP; BIPC) Reports First Quarter Results; BIP reports FFO of $0.93, 20.8% higher than last year and $0.06 above estimates. Revenue improved 21.8% to $2.68 billion, $1.54 billion higher than expected.
- Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) reports third-quarter results for fiscal year 2021; CAH reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.40, a 66.4% decrease from last year and $0.78 lower than expected. Revenue improved 0.3% to $39.28 billion, though this missed estimates by $910 million. The company also increased its quarterly dividend 1% to $0.4908, or $1.96 on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2021.
- Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; KTB reports first quarter of fiscal year 2021 adjusted EPS of $1.09, $0.11 above estimates. Revenue improved 29.2% to $651.76 million, topping estimates by $34.26 million.
- Magna International Inc. (MGA) Announces First Quarter 2021 Results; MGA reports first quarter adjusted EPS of $2.03, 136% higher than the prior year and $0.62 above estimates. Revenue improved 17.8% to $10.2 billion, $680 million better than expected.
- W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Announces $195 Million (£141 Million) Investment in Class-A Logistics Facility; WPC announced the acquisition of an approximately 1.1 million-square-foot (100,000-square-meter) Class-A logistics facility for $195 million (£141 million), including transaction fees. Located in Solihull, U.K., the facility is leased for a term of 30 years to Jaguar Land Rover Limited.
- VEREIT, Inc. (VER) Announces First Quarter 2021 Operating Results; VER reports first quarter FFO of $0.78, 7.14% lower than last year but $0.01 better than expected. Revenue declined 2.8% to $290.8 million, $2.43 million below estimates.
- Main Street Capital (MAIN) Announces First Quarter 2021 Results; MAIN reports first quarter GAAP NII of $0.58, 2% higher than the prior year. Revenue increased 11.9% to $62.81 million, $4.04 million better than expected.
- Inter Pipeline Ltd. (IPL) Reports First Quarter 2021 Results; IPL reports first quarter FFO of C$0.56, a 14.3% increase from the previous year. Revenue improved 15.5% to $697.2 million.
- Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. (AQN) Announces 2021 First Quarter Financial Results; AQN reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.20, 5% better than the previous year but $0.01 lower than expected. Revenue improved 36.5% to $634.5 million, topping estimates $273.5 million. The company also increased its quarterly dividend 10% to $0.1706, giving the stock a 4.25% forward yield.

- Ventas, Inc. (VTR) Reports 2021 First Quarter Results; VTR reports first quarter FFO of $0.72, 26% lower than last year but $0.02 better than expected. Revenue declined 9.9% to $910.29 million, $16.78 million higher than expected.
- TELUS Corporation (T) reports operational and financial results for first quarter 2021; T reports first quarter adjusted EPS of C$0.25, a decline of 10.7% from the prior year and C$0.01 below estimates. Revenue improved 8.9% to C$4.02 billion, topping estimates by C$60 million. The company also increased its quarterly dividend 1.6% to C$0.3162, giving the stock a forward yield of 4.79%.
- Enbridge Inc. (ENB) Reports First Quarter 2021 Financial Results; ENB reports first quarter adjusted EPS of C$0.94, which compares to a loss of C$0.71 in the previous year and C$0.37 higher than expected.
- TC Energy Corporation (TRP) reports first quarter operating performance; TRP reports Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.16, 1.69% lower than the prior year but C$0.05 higher than expected. Revenue declined 1.2% to C$3.38 billion, C$290 million less than expected.
