- I opened a new position and purchased 50 shares of TC Energy Corporation (TRP.TO) at CA$ 54.60 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate, that purchase 50 shares of TRP will increase € 78.41 (CA$ 120.69) of my expected annual net dividend income and will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income to € 15,800.00. With purchase price $ 54.60 plus commission ($ 30.81) my starting yield on cost is 5.87%. After this acquisition, TRP’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.31% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.5%.

- Orion Corporation (ORION) Financial Statements Release for 2020; ORION reports fourth quarter comparable EPS of € 0.18, a 43.5% decrease from the prior year and € 0.10 less than expected. Revenue declined 7.0% to EUR 255.4 million, which was EUR 9.5 million below estimates. ORION's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of € 1.50.
- Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Second Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports Q2-2021 EPS of $0.79, beating analyst estimates by $0.04. Quarterly revenues were $12.0 billion, 0.1% lower YoY, but beat estimates by $100 million. The company also hiked its quarterly dividend by 2.8% to $0.37.
- T. Rowe Price (TROW) Increases Quarterly Dividend; TROW raises its quarterly dividend by 20% to $1.08

- Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP) Announces Intention to Acquire Inter Pipeline Ltd; BIP offers to buy Inter Pipeline (IPPLF) for C$16.50/share. The price represents an immediate 23% premium to Inter Pipeline shareholders.
- The Coca-Cola Company (KO) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Results; KO reports Q4 non-GAAP EPS of $0.47, 6% growth YoY, beating analyst estimates by $0.05. Revenues declined by 5.5% to $8.6 billion. For FY2021, management expects revenue growth of 2%-3% and non-GAAP EPS growth in the low-single digits.
- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Hosts 2021 Investor Day; PM reaffirms its 2021 full-year reported diluted EPS forecast to be in a range of $5.90 to $6.00, and targets adjusted diluted EPS compound annual organic growth of more than 5% and 9%, in 2021 and 2023 respectively. The company also expects heated tobacco unit shipment volume of 140 to 160 billion units.
- United Parcel Service Inc. (UPS) Increases Quarterly Dividend; UPS increases its quarterly dividend by 1% to $1.02.
- Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Results; MFC reports Q4 GAAP EPS of C$0.89, 46% growth YoY, beating analyst estimates by C$0.28.

- Sampo plc (SAMPO) Group’s results for 2020; SAMPO reported a pre-tax profit of EUR -675 million. The reported result was heavily burdened by write-downs on Nordea shares, which decreased net income by EUR 899 million. The profit estimate before taxes was 234.5 million euros. The operating result before taxes grew by 3.8% to EUR 486 million, beat estimates by EUR 27 million. SAMPO's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of EUR 1.70 per share for last year.
- Duke Energy (DUK) reports fourth quarter and full-year 2020 financial results; DUK reports Q4 EPS of $1.03, compared to $0.91 for the fourth quarter of 2019. Revenues decline by 5.2% to $5.78 billion. The company affirmed 2021 adjusted EPS guidance range of $5.00 to $5.30 with $5.15 midpoint and long-term adjusted EPS growth rate of 5% to 7% through 2025, off 2021 midpoint.
- The Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Results: KHC reports Q4 EPS of $0.80, an 11.1% increase YoY. Net sales increased by 6.2% to $6.94 billion.
- PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP) PepsiCo Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2020 Results; PEP reports Q4 EPS growth of 3% to $1.47. Revenues also grew by 8.8% to $22.45 billion. The company also announced a 5.1% increase in its annualized dividend to $4.30 per share from $4.09 per share, effective with the dividend expected to be paid in June 2021.
- Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year 2020 Results; FLO reports Q4 EPS of $0.28, compared to $0.18. Revenues increased by 11.1% to $1.02 billion, beating estimates by $31.12 million. Management expects FY2021 sales in the range of ~$4.212B to $4.30B; and diluted EPS in the range of ~$1.07 to $1.17.
- Digital Realty Trust Inc. (DLR) Reports Fourth Quarter 2020 Results: DLR reports a Q4 FFO/share of $1.61 compared to $1.62 in 4Q19. Revenues grew by 34.6% to $1.06 billion. Management Introduced core FFO/share FY21 outlook of $6.40-$6.50 vs. $6.49 consensus.
- TELUS Corporation (T) reports operational and financial results for fourth quarter 2020; T reports Q4 EPS of C$0.22, down 31% YoY. Revenues grew by 5.2% to C$4.06 billion, beating estimates by C$20 million.

- Kesko Corporation (KESKO) sales in January; KESKO’s sales totalled €764.5 million in January 2021, representing a decrease of 3.3% in comparable terms on the previous year.
- Dominion Energy (D) Announces Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2020 Earnings; D reports Q4 EPS of $0.81, compared to $1.02, beating analyst estimates by $0.01. Revenues declined by 9.5% to $3.52 billion. The company expects FY2021 operating earnings in the range of $3.70 to $4.00 per share, including Q1-2021 operating earnings of $1.00 to $1.15 per share.
- W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Financial Results; WPC reports Q4 FFO/share of $1.20 compared to $1.28, beating analyst estimates by $0.08. Revenues declined by 1.2% to $307.4 million, but beat estimates by $10.25 million. Management expects 2021 adjusted FFO/share of $4.79-$4.93, far greater than the $4.60 consensus estimate.
- Fortis Inc. (FTS) Reports 2020 Results; FTS reports Q4 EPS of C$0.69, beating estimates by C$0.17. Management expects long-term growth in rate base will support earnings and dividend growth. The company is targeting average annual dividend growth of approximately 6% through 2025.
- Enbridge Inc. (ENB) Reports 2020 Financial Results; ENB reports Q4 EPS of C$0.56 missing estimates by C$0.04. Revenues declined by 19% to C$10 billion. Adjusted EBITDA was C$3.20B vs. a consensus of C$3.37B.
