In this review, I will make a summary of important and
interesting news and events over the last week related to my portfolio
holdings. Also, I will put together some interesting articles from other
websites that caught my attention during the past week.

May 22, 2019

Dividend sheet.
My Portfolio's Transactions:
- On Wednesday, May 22, I closed my position of Oriflame Holding AG (ORI.ST) and sold all my 300 shares at SEK 221.12 per share plus commission.
My reason for selling my ownership was this: Oriflame
gets $1.3 billion offer from the Jochnick Family that founded it back in the
1960s. The family is hoping to build on the roughly 30% stake it already has in
Oriflame and take the company private. The goal is to push through a
“re-positioning” that the Jochnicks argue is better done away from the glare of
the stock market. (Cash offer for Oriflame from the af Jochnick family)
