Recent Buy Philip Morris International Inc. PM

17th January 2014 I Bought 85 shares of PM at $83.49 per share plus commission.

Philip Morris International Inc. (PMI) is a holding company. PMI’s subsidiaries and affiliates and their licensees are engaged in the manufacture and sale of cigarettes and other tobacco products in markets outside of the United States of America. Its products are sold in approximately 180 countries. The Company divides its markets into four geographic segments: The European Union (EU) Region , The Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMA) Region , The Asia Region and The Latin America & Canada Region.


PM is a Dividend Challanger with an 6 year streak of dividend increases. (DividendChampions.xls) It pays quarterly dividends of $0.94 per share in January, April, July and October.

  1. PM verkar som ett bra köp just nu. Nära årslägsta och bra utdelning med tillväxt. Jag är inne på att öka i PM & TGT i slutet av månaden, om de ligger kvar kring samma nivåer. Jag följer din blog med stort intresse.

      Jag hade också ett par andra alternativ, såsom HCP, UL, CVX och PG, som jag skulle vilja lägga till min portfölj. Men den här gången valde jag att PM om Visst PM finns också på ett lägre pris i år, men jag tror att priset just nu är helt rimligt.

  3. Wow, just saw this, and heck of a purchase! I must say 85 shares of PM is no small buy! I like PM anywhere below $85 and it has continued to look quite juicy this entire month. Should turn out well for you in the coming years!
