- NCC AB (NCC) Interim report for the fourth quarter and January-December 2024; NCC reports earnings per share of SEK 7.40 (4.00). Sales increase 30.3% to SEK 20,323 million (15,592), compared analyst consensus of SEK 19,042. Operating profit amounted to SEK 844 million (358), expected operating profit was SEK 934. Order intake amounted to SEK 13,449 million (16,159), which is 10.1 percent higher than analyst consensus. The proposed ordinary dividend is SEK 9.00 per share (8.00). Expected was 9.25. In addition, an extra dividend of SEK 2.00 is proposed.
- McDonald's Corporation (MCD) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Results; MCD reported Non-GAAP EPS of $2.83, reflecting a 4% year-over-year decline and coming in $0.03 below expectations. Revenue declined by 0.3% to $6.39 billion, missing estimates by $90 million. Management expects full-year 2025 operating margins to be in the mid-to-high 40% range, surpassing the adjusted 46.3% margin achieved in 2024.
- The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) Announces Intent to Sell its Equity Investment in Schwab; TD announced its intent to sell its entire equity investment in The Charles Schwab Corporation ("Schwab") (NYSE: SCHW) through a registered offering and share repurchase by Schwab. TD currently holds 184.7 million shares of Schwab's common stock, representing 10.1% economic ownership. Schwab has agreed to repurchase US$1.5 billion of its shares from TD conditional on completion of the offering.

- NCC AB (NCC) to build new school and sports hall in Tyresö, Sweden; NCC has signed an agreement with Tyresö Municipality outside Stockholm to build a new school with associated sports hall. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 600 million.
- NCC AB (NCC) to build school in Akaa, Finland; NCC has been commissioned by the City of Acka to build Toijala Primary School in Ackas, south of Tampere, Finland. The order value amounts to approximately SEK 150 million.
- Eversource Energy (ES) Reports Full-Year & Fourth Quarter 2024 Results; ES reported Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.01, reflecting a 6.3% increase year-over-year and beats analyst expectations by $0.02. Revenue of $2.97 billion misses analyst estimates by $170 million but increased 10.4% versus the same quarter last year. Management’s annual projection for 2025 earnings is between $4.67 per share and $4.82 per share. Management also expects that its cumulative long-term earnings per share growth rate would be in the range of 5 to 7% through 2029, using 2024 non-GAAP results of $4.57 per share as the base year.
- The Coca-Cola Company (KO) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Results; KO reported Q4 results, with Non-GAAP EPS of $0.55, a 12% increase YoY and $0.03 above expectations. Revenue grew 6.5% to $11.5 billion, beating estimates by $800 million. For full year 2025 Management expects to deliver organic revenue (non-GAAP) growth of 5% to 6% and expects comparable EPS (non-GAAP) growth of 2% to 3%, versus $2.88 in 2024.
- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Financial Results; GILD reported Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.90, up 10.5% versus prior yea and $0.20 above estimates. Revenue of $7.57 billion beats analyst estimates by $420 million and increased 6.3% versus the same quarter last year. Management projects 2025 total product sales of $28.2 billion to $28.6 billion and Non-GAAP diluted EPS of $7.70 to $8.10.
- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD) Announces Quarter Dividend Increase; GILD announced that the company’s Board of Directors has declared an increase of 2.6% in the company’s quarterly cash dividend, beginning in the first quarter of 2025. The increase will result in a quarterly dividend of $0.79 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2025.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Increases Quarterly Dividend; TROW announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.27 per share payable March 28, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 14, 2025. The quarterly dividend rate represents a 2.42% increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $1.24 per share. This will mark the 39th consecutive year since the firm's initial public offering that the company will have increased its regular annual dividend.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $114.2M modification to a previously awarded U.S. Navy contract to exercise options for the Navy’s procurement of hardware to support sound navigation and ranging systems.
- W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Financial Results; WPC reports Q4 AFFO of $1.21, beating expectations by $0.02 and reflecting a 1.7% year-over-year increase. Revenue of $406.2 million beats analyst estimates by $1.93 million but decreased 1.5% versus the same quarter last year. For 2025 Management guides AFFO range of between $4.82 and $4.92 per diluted share, based on anticipated full year investment volume of between $1.0 billion and $1.5 billion.
- The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) Announces Pricing of Offering of Schwab Stock; TD announced that, further to its news release on February 10, it has agreed to sell its entire equity investment in The Charles Schwab Corporation ("Schwab") (NYSE: SCHW). TD currently holds 184,678,738 shares of Schwab's common stock representing 10.1% economic ownership. The Bank will sell 165,443,530 shares through a registered offering at a price of US$79.25 per share. Schwab will purchase 19,235,208 shares from the Bank for a total purchase price of US$1.5 billion. The sale is expected to close on February 12, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

- Aktia Bank Plc (AKTIA) Financial Statements Release 2024; AKTIA reported Q4 comparable EPS of €0.31, exceeding analyst estimates by €0.04 and growing 8% YoY. Total operating income rose 6% to €78.7 million, beating expectations by €4.2 million, while operating profit increased 11% to €28.3 million, surpassing estimates by €3.4 million. CET1 ratio was 12.0%, compared with 11.9% at the end of the prior quarter. The Board proposed a dividend of €0.82 per share for 2024, a 17% increase from 2023.
- Avance Gas Holding Ltd (AVANCE) Reports Fourth Quarter 2024 Earnings; AVANCE reported earnings per share of $2.74 for the fourth quarter 2024, compared to earnings per share of $0.34 for the third quarter 2024. Revenue declined by 59.8% to $44.76 million, beating estimates by $14.82 million. AVANCE announced a $5.25 total dividend distribution for Q4, comprising a $2 per share cash payout, a $0.75 extraordinary dividend upon finalizing an Exmar transaction, and a dividend in kind of one BW share for every four Avance Gas shares owned.
- Ahold Delhaize N.V. (AMS:AD) Reports Q4 2024 Financial Results; AD reported Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of €0.69, a decrease of 6.6% compared to the prior year. Revenue grew 1.2% to €23.28 billion, surpassing expectations by €10 million. Management proposes a cash dividend of €1.17 for the full year 2024, which is a 6.4% increase compared to 2023. Management projects a 4% underlying operating margin, mid- to high single-digit underlying EPS growth, and free cash flow of at least €2.2 billion for 2025.
- Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Reports Second Quarter Earnings; CSCO reports Q2 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.94, beating expectations by $0.03 and reflecting a 8% year-over-year increase. Revenue Increased 9.4% year-over-year to $13.99 billion, exceeding estimates by $120 million. For 2025 Management guides Revenue of $56.0 billion to $56.5 billion and Non-GAAP EPS of $3.68 to $3.74.
- Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) Increases Quarterly Dividend; CSCO declared a quarterly dividend of $0.41 per common share, a 2.5% increase over the previous quarter's dividend, to be paid on April 23, 2025, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on April 3, 2025.
- Dominion Energy, Inc. (D) Announces 2024 Financial Results; D reported fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.58, 100% above last year's result and $0.03 more than expected. Revenues declined by 3.7% to $3.4 billion, missing estimates by $540 million. Management narrowed its existing 2025 operating earnings guidance range to $3.28 to $3.52 per share (prior $3.25 to $3.54 per share) and reaffirmed its long-term operating earnings per share growth guidance of 5% to 7% through 2029.
- Avista Corporation (AVA) Increases Common Stock Dividend; AVA's board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.49 per share on the company’s common stock, 3.2% increase from prior dividend of $0.47. The common stock dividend is payable March 14, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2025.
- The Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Results; KHC reported Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of $0.84, beating expectations by $0.06 and reflecting a 7.7% year-over-year increase. Revenue of $6.58 billion misses analyst estimates by $90 million and decreased 4.6% versus the same quarter last year. For fiscal year 2025, Management expects Organic Net Sales flat to down 2.5 percent versus the prior year and Adjusted EPS in the range of $2.63 to $2.74.
- CVS Health Corporation (CVS) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2024 Results; CVS reported Non-GAAP EPS of $1.19, beating analyst estimates by $0.27 but decreasing 43.9% year-over-year. Revenue came in at $97.71 billion, a 4.2% increase compared to last year, exceeding expectations by $830 million. Management provided initial 2025 adjusted EPS guidance in the range of $5.75 to $6.00.
- Smurfit Westrock Plc (SW) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2024 Results; SW reported Q4 GAAP EPS of $0.28, reflecting a 47.4% increase year-over-year but missed analyst expectations by $0.27. Revenue of $7.54 billion misses analyst estimates by $160 million but increased 164% versus the same quarter last year. Management anticipates delivering an adjusted EBITDA of approximately $1.25 billion in Q1 2025, assuming current market conditions prevail.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-End Assets Under Management For January 2025; TROW reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.65 trillion as of January 31, 2025, up from $1.60 trillion in the previous month. Preliminary net outflows for January 2025 were $2.1 billion.

- Neste Corporation's (NESTE ) Financial Statements Release 2024; NESTE reported comparable earnings per share of -€0.13 compared €0.66 last year. NESTE's net sales in the last quarter amounted to €5 568 million, compared to €6 303 million in the reference period, with analysts forecasting an average net sales of €5 319 million. The Board proposes a dividend of €0.20 per share, a big cut from last year's €1.20.
- Mandatum plc (MANTA) Financial Statements Release 2024; MANTA reports Q4 EPS of €0.07, missing analyst estimates by €0.01 but increased 16.7% year-over-year. MANTA's Q4 fee and commission income was €18.6 million, well above the €16.7 million forecast. Board of Directors proposes to pay a dividend of €0.66 per share for 2024 (2023: 0.33). This consist of a €0.33 dividend per share according to the dividend policy, as well as an extra dividend of €0.33 per share.
- Unilever PLC (AMS:UNA) Reports 2024 Full Year Results; UNA reported FY 2024 Non-GAAP EPS of €2.98, 14.7% above from last year results. Turnover increased 1.9% to €60.8 billion and Underlying sales growth of 4.2%, led by 2.9% volume growth. Management projects underlying sales growth of 3% to 5% for 2025, supported by balanced contributions from volume and pricing.
- Duke Energy Corporation (DUK) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2024 Financial Results; DUK reported Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.66, 9.9% above from last year and $0.01 more than expected. Revenue grew 2.1% to $7.36 billion, which was $290 million less than expected. Management is introducing 2025 adjusted EPS guidance of $6.17 to $6.42 and extending its long-term adjusted EPS growth rate of 5% to 7% through 2029 off the 2025 midpoint of $6.30.
- Golar LNG Limited (GLNG) to Sell LNG Carrier Golar Arctic; GLNG announces that it has executed agreements to sell the 2003 built steam turbine LNG carrier, Golar Arctic. The sale price for the vessel is USD 24 million before transaction related expenses. The LNG carrier is unencumbered. The transaction is expected to close, and the vessel is to be handed over to its new owner, within Q1 2025. The Golar Arctic is the last LNG carrier in the Golar fleet. Following the vessel sale, Golar will have fully exited its legacy shipping business.
- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (DLR) Reports Fourth Quarter 2024 Results; DLR reports fourth quarter FFO of $1.73, beating analyst estimates by $0.02 and increased 6.1% versus the same quarter last year. Revenue came in at $1.44 billion, missing expectations by $20 million, despite growing 5.1% YoY. For 2025 Management guides Constant-Currency Core FFO per share outlook of $7.05 - $7.15.
- TELUS Corporation (TSE:T) Reports Operational and Financial Results for Fourth Quarter 2024; T reports Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.25, beating analyst estimates by C$0.03 and increasing 4.2% year-over-year. Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was CA$5.38 billion, up from CA$5.20 billion a year earlier, while analysts expected CA$5.24 billion. Management expects 2025 revenue to grow of 2% to 4% and expects consolidated free cash flow of approximately $2.15 billion in 2025.

- Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) sales in January; KESKO’s sales in January 2025 totalled €935.5 million, representing an increase of 4.6%.
- Tietoevry Corporation (TIETO) Interim Report 4/2024 and Financial Statement Release; TIETO's unadjusted loss per share was €1.41, compared to a profit per share of €0.46 in the comparative period, with an expected profit of €0.39. Revenue declined to €698.7 million, missing analyst expectations of €716.8 million and down from €752.2 million in the prior period. The Board of Directors proposed a dividend of €1.50 per share for 2024, slightly higher than the €1.47 per share paid for 2023.
- NextEra Energy, Inc. (NEE) Increases Quarterly Dividend; The board of directors of NEE declared a quarterly dividend of $0.5665 per share, an approximate 10% increase versus the prior-year comparable quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on March 17, 2025, to shareholders of record on Feb. 28, 2025.
- Magna International Inc. (MGA) Announces Fourth Quarter 2024 Results and 2025 Outlook; MGA reported Q4 adjusted earnings per diluted share of $1.69, exceeding both the $1.33 from the previous year and the $1.52 expected by analysts. Sales came in above expectations at $10.63 billion, compared to $10.45 billion a year ago and beating the forecasted $10.31 billion. Management projects 2025 sales of $38.6 billion to $40.2 billion, and 2026 sales of $40.5 billion to $42.6 billion.
- Magna International Inc. (MGA) Increases Quarterly Dividend; Board of Directors of MGA declared quarter dividend of $0.485 per Common Share. This represents a 2% higher dividend, and our 15th consecutive year of fourth quarter dividend increases. The dividend is payable on March 14, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 28, 2025.
- Enbridge Inc. (ENB) Reports 2024 Financial Results; ENB reported Non-GAAP EPS of $0.75, a 17.2% increase from the previous year and in line with estimates. Revenue rose 43.5% to C$16.22 billion from a year ago, analysts expected C$7.70 billion. Management reaffirms its 2023 to 2026 near-term growth outlook of 7-9% for adjusted EBITDA growth, 4-6% for adjusted earnings per share (EPS) growth and approximately 3% for DCF per share growth.
- TC Energy Corporation (TRP) Reports Fourth Quarter 2024 Operating and Financial Results; TRP posted Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of C$1.05, surpassing analyst expectations by C$0.05, though it marked an 8.7% decline year-over-year. Revenue increased 2% to C$3.58 billion, but slightly missed the C$3.62 billion forecast by analysts. Management expects full-year 2025 comparable EBITDA from continuing operations of $10.7 to $10.9 billion. Comparable EPS for 2025 is expected to be lower than in 2024.
- TC Energy Corporation (TRP) Increases Quarterly Dividend; TRP's board approved a quarterly dividend increase of 3.3% for the quarter ending March 31 to $0.85 per share. The common share dividend is payable on April 30, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2025.
- Fortis Inc. (FTS) Reports Fourth Quarter & Annual 2024 Results; FTS reports Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.83, 15.3% above from last year and C$0.02 more than expected. Revenue rose 2.2% to C$2.95 billion from a year ago, analysts expected C$3.12 billion. Management expects its long-term growth in rate base will drive earnings that support dividend growth guidance of 4-6% annually through 2029.
