- Nordea Bank Abp (NDA-FI.HE) Reports Second-Quarter Results 2024; NDA reports Q1 diluted earnings per share of €0.37, beating analyst estimates by €0.01 and was egual . Operating profit decreaded 2% to €1,684 million from a year ago, missing analyst estimates by €41 million. Net interest income increased 4% to €1,904 million. CET1 ratio was 17.5%, compared with 17.2% at the end of the prior quarter.
- Unilever plc (AMS:UNA) announces the sale of water purification business, Pureit; UNA announced that it has agreed the sale of its water purification business, Pureit, to A. O. Smith, a leading global water technology company. Pureit offers a range of water purification solutions across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Mexico, among others.
- Duke Energy Corporation (DUK) Increased Quarterly Dividend; DUK declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.045 per share, an increase of $0.02 or 2%. This dividend is payable on Sept. 16, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 16, 2024.

- NCC AB (NCC) Interim Report For The Second Quarter 2024; NCC reports first quarter net sales grew 4% to SEK 15,448 million (14,854), analyst consensus stood at SEK 14,257 million. Operating profit amounted to SEK 623 million (503), with an expected operating profit of SEK 537 million. Earnings per share amounted to SEK 4.83 (4.17). Order intake amounted to SEK 14,664 million (14,691). Order intake was stable in the quarter with good growth in Infrastructure and Industry. The order backlog amounted to SEK 54,956 million (59,359) as of June 30.
- Philip Morris International Inc. (PM) Investing $600 Million in Aurora, Colo., Manufacturing Facility; PM announced an investment of $600 million over the next two years through one of its U.S. affiliates to open a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Aurora, Colo. The facility is expected to create 500 direct jobs with ongoing annual economic impact of $550 million and an additional 1,000 indirect jobs* for the State of Colorado as it produces Swedish Match ZYN nicotine pouches to help meet the growing global demand from legal-age consumers for smoke-free products.
- Main Street Capital (MAIN) Announces Preliminary Estimate of Second Quarter 2024 Operating Results; MAIN said its preliminary estimate of NAV per share as of June 30 is $29.77 to $29.83, or 0.8% to 1.0%, from the NAV per share of $29.54 as of March 31, 2024. The Q2 preliminary estimate of net investment income is $1.00 to $1.02 per share, and distributable net investment income is $1.06 to $1.08 per share.

- Tele2 AB (TEL2) interim report second quarter 2024; TEL2 reports earnings per share SEK 1.39 (1.28). Revenue rose 1.5 percent to SEK 7,258 million (7,153), compared to the company's analyst consensus of 7,349. Operating profit amounted to SEK 1,424 million (1,243). The operating margin was 19.6 percent (17.4).
- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Reports Second Quarter 2024 Financial Results; KMI reports second quarter GAAP EPS of $0.26, flat with last year and $0.01 more than expected. Revenue grew 2% to $3.57 billion, which was $520 million less than expected. DCF of $1,100 million for the quarter, compared to $1,076 million in the second quarter of 2023. Management budgeted net income attributable to KMI of $2.7 billion ($1.22 per share), up 15% versus 2023, and expects to declare dividends of $1.15 per share for 2024, a 2% increase from the dividends declared for 2023.
- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Reports Q2 2024 Results; JNJ reports Non-GAAP EPS of $2.82, beating analyst estimates by $0.12 and increasing 10.2% year-over-year. Revenue of $22.4 billion beats analyst estimates by $60 million and increased 4.3% versus the same quarter last year. For FY24 Management guides revenue of $88.0B – $88.4B and Adjusted EPS of $9.97 – $10.07.
- EssilorLuxottica to Acquire Supreme® from V.F. Corporation (VFC); EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the optical industry, and VFC announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement for EssilorLuxottica to acquire the Supreme® brand from VF for $1.5 billion in cash. The transaction is expected to close by the end of CY2024.
- Union Pacific Corporation (UNP) Announces Dividend Increase; UNP announced that its Board of Directors https://www.up.com/media/releases/dividend-increase-3q24-nr-240717.htmvoted to increase the quarterly dividend on the Company’s common shares by 3% to $1.34 per share. The dividend is payable September 30, 2024, to shareholders of record August 30, 2024. Union Pacific has paid dividends on its common stock for 125 consecutive years.
- Ally Financial Inc. (ALLY) Reports Second Quarter 2024 Financial Results; ALLY reports second quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.97, 1% above last year's result and $0.33 more than expected. Revenue of $2.04 billion beats analyst estimates by $10 million but decreased 1.9% versus the same quarter last year. Provision for credit losses increased $30 million year over year to $457 million, reflecting higher net charge-offs.
- Crown Castle Inc. (CCI) Reports Second Quarter 2024 Results; CCI reports Q2 FFO of $1.62, 21% below last year's result but $0.04 more than expected. Net revenue of $1.63 billion, beating the $1.61 billion expected, slipped from $1.64 billion in Q1 and $1.87 billion a year before. Management's full-year 2024 outlook remained unchanged from the previous guidance issued on June 11, 2024. It still expects adjusted FFO to be $6.91-$7.02.

- Telia Company (TELIA) Interim Report For The Second Quarter 2024; TELIA reports total net income of SEK4.851 billion, or SEK1.19 per share. This compares with SEK917 million, or SEK0.19 per share, in last year's second quarter. Revenue rose 2.3 percent to SEK 22,380 million (21,877), compared to the analyst consensus of SEK 22,083 million. The outlook for 2024 is unchanged.
- ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Announces Refined Products Pipeline Expansion to the Greater Denver Area; OKE announced plans to expand its pipeline capacity connecting Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast refined products supply with the greater Denver area to meet growing demand and increase connectivity with Denver International Airport (DIA). OKE said the $480M project will expand total system capacity by 35K bbl/day and have additional expansion capabilities and should be completed by mid-2026.
