Dividend Income - November 2023

Time is flying by very fast and the year will be over in a few days, so it's finally time to announce my November dividend. In November 2023, the dividend income for my portfolio was as follows:

My Total dividends in November are €2,416.16 ($2,587.19). After taxes, my net dividend income is €1,794.57 ($1,922.34). In year 2022, my net dividend income in November was €1,501.29 ($1,522.85). My portfolio's net dividend income increased by €293.28 or 19.5% to compared the same month of previous year. Compared to the previous year, there have been some changes to the dividend income of November: UPM changed the dividend payment schedule from annual to semi-annual, this year TELIA paid in October, not in November, one new dividend payer have joined to the portfolio, namely PG, while LAZ has left it and additional purchase such VZ, MAIN and O. Compared to a year ago, the holdings also included some nice dividend increases like GIS, CVS, WRK and UNM but unfortunately also dividend cut from SDIV.

This net passive income of €1,794.57 means that I received a reasonable €59.82 every day or €2.49 per every hour during November, no matter what I did. Until the end of November, the corresponding amounts are €60.26 per day and €2.51 per hour.

This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 154,440.24.

Net income / expenditure

  • Net passive income for November was €1,794.57, year to end November total €20,125.35

  • Total expenditure for November was €1,434.92 year to end November total €15,889.45

  • The result for November was €359.65, year to end November total €4,235.90

I have now collected 89.4% of my target net passive income for this year, which is €22,500.00. After dividend cut announcements such as AQN, INTC, VFC and MPW, it is already clear that I will not reach my target in euros this year. At the moment it looks like I will miss my target by about €500.

Full Disclosure: Long on above mentioned stocks except LAZ.
