The last quarter of the year is well underway and it's time to report my dividend income for September. The dividend income for the last month of the third quarter was as follows:
My Total dividends in September are € 2,955.07 ($ 2,932.48). After taxes, my net dividend income is € 2,189.87 ($ 2,173.21). In year 2021, my net dividend income in September was € 1,550.58 ($ 1,825.16). My portfolio's net dividend income increased by € 639.29 or 41.2% to compared the same month of previous year. Compared to the previous year, there have been several changes to the dividend income of September: Six new dividend payers have joined to the portfolio, namely NEE, AMGN, ARCC, LYB, MRU.TO and CNR.TO, two have left it MMM and IPL.TO. Additional purchases such as VTRS, TROW and change of dividend payment schedule of KESKO from half-yearly to quarterly. Compared to a year ago, the holdings also included a few good dividend increases like TGT, HD, TRNT, UPS, UNP and AFL. Recent exchange rate developments have also had a positive impact on the portfolio's dividend income in euro.
This net passive income of € 2,189.87 means that I received a nice € 73.00 every day or € 3.04 per every hour during September, no matter what I did. Until the end of third quarter, the corresponding amounts are €63.33 per day and €2.64 per hour.
This month's dividend increased my cumulative net dividend income € 129,109.56.

- Total expenditure for September was € 1,224.35, year total for to date € 14,077.750
- The result for September was € 965.52, year total for to date € 3,212.64
I have now collected 86.5% of my target net passive income for this year, which is € 20,000.00. After September, it looks like I will exceed my target by a clear margin.
