- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) has been awarded a maximum ~$414.77M modification (P00005) to a five-year base contract (SPE7LX-21-D-0110) with one four-year option period.

- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD) Completes Acquisition of MiroBio; GILD announced the completion of the previously announced transaction to acquire MiroBio, a privately held U.K.-based biotechnology company focused on restoring immune balance with agonists targeting immune inhibitory receptors, for approximately $405 million in cash.
- Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA) Accelerates Full Acquisition of High-Performing Shields Health Solutions; WBA announced the acceleration of its plans for full ownership of Shields Health Solutions (Shields), which is delivering strong financial performance, clinical excellence and value-add contributions to WBA's business. WBA has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 30% stake (approximately 35% on a fully-diluted basis) for approximately $1.37 billion, which is based on the exit multiple agreed at the time of WBA's 2021 investment in Shields.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) To Produce 12 More MH-60R SEAHAWK Helicopters For The Royal Australian Navy; The U.S. Navy has awarded Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) a firm-fixed price contract to produce an additional 12 Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk® helicopters for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). Procured via the U.S. Government’s Foreign Military Sales agreement, the new aircraft will add a third ‘Romeo’ squadron of unparalleled capability to the RAN’s Fleet Air Arm. Sikorsky is a Lockheed Martin company.

- General Mills, Inc. (GIS) Reports Fiscal 2023 First-Quarter Results; GIS reports Non-GAAP EPS of $1.11, beating analyst estimates by $0.11 and increased 13% year-over-year. Revenue of $4.72 billion was in line with analyst estimates and increased 4% versus the same quarter last year. For FY2023 management now expected Organic net sales to increase 6% to 7%, compared to the previous expectation of 4% to 5% growth.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) has been awarded awarded a $160.17M firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-only contract for Dual Band Radar (DBR) design agent and technical engineering efforts.
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) to Start Construction of Second Liquid Hydrogen Plant in Rotterdam; APD announced plans to start construction of a second hydrogen liquefaction plant in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. This new source is in addition to the company’s existing liquid hydrogen plant in Botlek, the Netherlands. Once operational in 2025, the plant will double Europe’s total current liquid hydrogen capacity.

- Neste Corporation (NESTE) finalizes transaction to establish a joint venture for production of renewable fuels with Marathon Petroleum; NESTE and Marathon announced an agreement to establish a 50/50 joint venture to produce renewable diesel following a conversion project of Marathon's refinery in Martinez, California.
- QUALCOMM Incorporated’s (QCOM) Automotive Design-Win Pipeline Expands to $30 Billion; QCOM announced at its inaugural Automotive Investor Day that the Company’s automotive design-win pipeline has grown to $30 billion, driven by increased adoption of its Snapdragon Digital Chassis solutions across the auto industry. The increase represents a greater than $10 billion expansion since the Company’s fiscal third quarter results were announced.
- Raytheon Missiles and Defense (RTX) has been awarded a ~$985.35M cost-plus-fixed-fee, with performance incentives, task order for the Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile.
- Emera Inc. (EMA.TO) Approves Increase in Common Dividend; EMA approved an increase in the annual common share dividend to $2.76 from $2.65 per common share and extended its dividend growth rate target of four to five per cent through 2025.

- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Pratt and Whitney Military Engines is awarded a ~$769.87M firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00006) to a previously awarded, ID/IQ contract (N0001920D0013).
