- I opened a new position and purchased 10 shares of Amgen Inc. (AMGN) at $ 226.72 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate that purchase 10 shares of AMGN will increase € 50.49 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, Amgen’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.29% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.28%.

- I purchased 5 shares of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) at $ 148.05 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate that purchase 5 shares of TROW will increase € 14.06 of my expected annual net dividend income. After this acquisition, TROW’s weight of my portfolio is about 1.12% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.93%.

- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) Start Work on $518M Global Logistics Contract to Support U.S. Army; GD announced that it has received a $518 million task order award from the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) to provide logistics, sustainment and maintenance services for joint U.S. and coalition forces worldwide within the Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) regions.
February 1, 2022
- Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells 53 rental apartments in Helsinki; BONAVA is selling 53 rental apartments in Helsinki, Finland, to the investor Sirius Capital Partners. The transaction amounts to EUR 16 million and the first housing units are expected to be completed and handed over to the customer in the second quarter of 2023.
- AT&T Inc. (T) to Spin Off Interest in WarnerMedia to Shareholders; T announced that its board of directors has determined to spin off AT&T’s interest in WarnerMedia in connection with the previously announced transaction with Discovery, Inc. T Shareholders to Receive an Estimated 0.24 shares of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) Common Stock for Each Share of AT&T Owned. Additionally, T’s board of directors approved an expected post-close annual dividend of $1.11 per share.
- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD) Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Financial Results; GILD reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.87, $0.26 above estimates. Revenue fell 2.4% to $7.24 billion, which was $600 million higher than expected. GILD’s Board of Directors declared quarterly dividend of $0.73 per share, an increase of 2.8% over the prior year.
- Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) Reports Q1 Fiscal 2022 Results; SBUX reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.72, a 18% increase year-over-year but $0.08 lower than expected. Revenue grew 21.4% to $8.1 billion, which was $150 million higher than expected.
- United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) Releases 4Q 2021 Earnings; UPS reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $3.59, a 35% increase from the prior year and $0.49 better than expected. Revenue grew 11.5% to $27.77 billion, $700 million above expectations. UPS Board of Directors declares quarterly dividend of $1.52, a per-share, increase of 49% over the prior year.
- Unum Group (UNM) Reports Fourth Quarter 2021 Results; UNM announces fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.89, a 22.6% decline from the prior year but a $0.04 beat of estimates. Revenue fell 30.2% to $2.98 billion, which was in-line with analysts' expectations.

- NCC AB (NCC) Interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2021; NCC reports Operating profit of SEK 605 million, a 59.6% increase from the prior year and was in-line with analysts' expectations. NCC proposes a dividend of SEK 6.00 compared with the expected SEK 6.15.
- QUALCOMM Incorporated (QCOM) Announces First Quarter Fiscal 2022 Results; QCOM reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $3.23, an improvement of 49% from the last year and $0.23 above estimates. Revenue grew 29.9% to $10.7 billion, topping expectations by $270 million.
- UGI Corporation (UGI) Reports First Quarter Results; UGI reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $0.93, a decrease of 21.2% from last year and $0.31 lower than expected. Revenue improved 38.3% to $2.67 billion, which was $440 million above analysts' estimates.
- Brookfield Infrastructure (BIP) Reports 2021 Year-End Results; BIP reports fourth quarter FFO of $0.97, a 12.8% increase from last year. BIP increases its quarterly dividend by 6% to $0.54.
- AbbVie Inc. (ABBV) Reports Full-Year and Fourth-Quarter 2021 Financial Results; ABBV reports Non-GAAP EPS of $3.31, a 13.4% improvement from the prior year and $0.03 higher than expected. Revenue grew 7.4% to $14.89 billion, but was $70 million below estimates.
- Emerson Electric Co. (EMR) Reports First Quarter 2022 Results; EMR reports Non-GAAP EPS of $1.05, a 13% improvement from the prior year and $0.04 higher than expected. Revenue grew 8% to $4.5 billion, $20 million above estimates.
- Aflac Incorporated (AFL) Announces Fourth Quarter Results; AFL reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.28, an improvement of 19.6% from the last year and $0.02 above estimates. Revenue declined 8% to $5.43 billion, though this was $190 million above what analysts had expected.
- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) Reports Fourth Quarter 2021 Results; OHI reports fourth quarter FFO of $0.77, a 4.9% decline from last year and $0.04 below estimates. Revenue fell 5.3% to $249.9 million, beating estimates by $12.33 million.

- Nordea Bank Abp (NORDEA) Reports Fourth-quarter and full-year results 2021; NORDEA reports fourth quarter EPS of €0.26, a 44.4% increase from the prior year and €0.02 above estimates. Operating profit grew 32% to €1.281 billion, topping expectations by €29 million.
- Kesko Corporation (KESKO) Reports Fourth-quarter and full-year results 2021; KESKO reports fourth quarter EPS of €0.40, a 29% increase from the prior year and €0.02 above estimates. Revenue grew 7.2% to €2.87 billion, topping expectations by €4 million. The Board of Directors of KESKO proposes a dividend of €1.06 per share, an increase of 41.3% compared with last year. The Board proposes that the dividend be paid in four instalments.
- NCC AB (NCC) to construct prison in Kristianstad; NCC, in collaboration with Intea and the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, will construct a new prison and non-institutional care facility in Kristianstad. The prison and non-institutional care facility are part of Kristianstad’s new judicial center. The order is worth SEK 680 million.
- Bonava AB (BONAVA) Interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2021; BONAVA reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of SEK 5.04, a 15.6% decrease from last year. Operating profit dropped 27.5% to SEK 660 million. The Board of Directors proposes an ordinary dividend of SEK 3.50 per share.
- WEC Energy Group, Inc. (WEC) posts 2021 results; WEC reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $0.71, a 6.58% decline year-over-year but $0.04 ahead of estimates. Revenue grew 14% to $2.2 billion, which was $340 million more than expected.
- Avista Corporation (AVA) Increases Common Stock Dividend; AVA declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share on the company’s common stock, an increase of 4.1. The common stock dividend is payable March 15, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 18, 2022.
- ConocoPhillips (COP) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2021 Results; COP reports a fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.27, compared with a fourth-quarter 2020 adjusted loss of $0.19. In addition, ConocoPhillips today announced a $1 billion increase in expected 2022 return of capital to shareholders to a new total of $8 billion, an increase of more than 30% over 2021.
- Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) Reports Second Quarter Fiscal 2022 Results; CAH reports second quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.27, down 27% year-over-year but $0.04 higher than expected. Revenue grew 9.4% to $45.46 billion, topping expectations by $140 million.
- WestRock Company (WRK) Reports Fiscal 2022 First Quarter Results; WRK reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.65, a 6.6% improvement from the prior year and $0.01 higher than expected. Revenue grew 12.5% to $4.95 billion, $20 million above estimates.
- Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results; ITW reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $1.93, 4.46% lower than last year but a $0.03 beat of estimates. Revenue grew 5.7% to $3.7 billion, which was $150 million more than expected.
- Union Pacific Corporation (UNP) Announces New Share Repurchase Authorization; UNP approved a new share repurchase authorization, enabling the company to buy up to 100 million of its common shares by March 31, 2025. The new authorization is effective April 1, 2022, and replaces the current authorization, which will expire on March 31, 2022.
- Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) Announces 2021 Results; PRU reports Non-GAAP EPS of $3.18, an increase of 13.6% from last year and $0.83 ahead of estimates. PRU increased its quarterly dividend by 4.0% to $1.20.
- Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports Full-year and Fourth-quarter 2021 Results; LAZ reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.92, an improvement of 16% from the last year and $0.49 above estimates. Revenue grew 14% to $968 million, topping estimates by $111 million.
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) Increases Quarterly Dividend; APD increased the quarterly dividend from $1.50 to $1.62 per share, an 8% increase. This marks the 40th consecutive year that APD has increased its dividend payment.
- BCE Inc. (BCE) reports fourth quarter and full-year 2021 results; BCE reports Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.76, a decrease of 6.2% compared to last year. Operating revenues for the quarter increased by 1.8% to C$6.2 billion. BCE hiked its quarterly dividend by 5% to C$0.92 per share.
February 4, 2022
- NCC AB (NCC) signs agreement for interior of super hospital in North Zealand; NCC and the Capital Region of Denmark have signed a further agreement for the New North Zealand Hospital project. This contract pertains to the interior of the hospital and the order value is approximately SEK 940 million.
- Brookfield Renewable (BEP, BEPC) Announces Fourth Quarter Results; BEP reports fourth quarter FFO of $0.41, a 10.8% increase from last year and $0.09 above estimates. Revenue increased 14.5% to $1.09 billion, which was $10 million lower than expected. BEP increases its quarterly dividend by 5.0% to $0.32.
- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMY) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year Financial Results for 2021; BMY reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.83, an improvement of 25% from the last year and $0.03 above estimates. Revenue grew 8.1% to $12 billion, which was in-line with analysts' expectations.
- Eaton Corporation plc (ETN) Reports Fourth Quarter 2021 Results; ETN reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $1.72, a 19% increase from the prior year and $0.01 above estimates. Revenue increased 2.1% to $4.79 billion, which was $120 million lower than expected.
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) Reports Fiscal 2022 First Quarter results; APD reports first quarter Non-GAAP EPS of $2.52, an improvement of 19% from the last year and $0.02 above estimates. Revenue grew 25.6% to $2.99 billion, which was $290 million higher than expected.
