Again, one month passed and it is time to report my
dividend income. In January 2016 my portfolio dividend income was as follows:

W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) - €26.51 ($28.94)
VEREIT Inc. (VER) - €41.01 ($44.69)
Agrium Inc. (AGU) - €20.25 ($21.88)

My Total dividends in January are € 850.92 ($926.48).
After tax payments, net dividend income is € 630.92 ($686.97). In year 2015, my
net dividend income in January was € 376.15. My portfolio's net dividend income
increased by 67.7% compared to last year in January. One reason for a such large net dividend increase was the fact that Golar's 3rd quarter dividend 2015 was
paid in January 2016, not in December such as a year earlier.
This month's dividend increased my cumulative net
dividend income € 28,059.33.
I have now collected 5.66% of my target
net dividend income for this year, which is €11,150.00.
