  3. The government sure takes there share from you. Is it possible to eliminate the taxes by sheltering the money in a retirement account?
    Either way, very good job.

    Keep cranking,

  4. DH,

Congrats on another big month! Your YTD dividend income is fantastic. I'd be pretty close to financially independent on that kind of passive income. :)

Keep up the great work. Hope to catch up to you someday!

    Best regards.

  6. Congrats, DH.
    Greetings from Spain.
Please, do you think is a gooN moment for entering positions in some norge companies as Prosafe, Foe or Gjensisidge?
I see Prosafe, especially Foe are in year- very lows.
Wich is the dividend distributed by these companies?
    Thanks very much and Greetings!

    1. Hi Preikestolen

I would not buy any Prosafe or FOE at this moment, I would wait and see how the prise of oil will develop. Gjensidige is a good company with nice dividend, even I don't see much grow on it. Gjensidige and FOE normally pay annual dividend and Prosafe quarterly. Visit at the company homepage to get better information on their dividends.

      Thanks for stopping by!

  7. Hei,

"My Total dividends in November are € 596.93 ($750.11). After tax payments, net dividend income is € 436.91 ($549.00)."

Pystytkö avaamaan, miten sait netto-osingoiksi 436.91e? Eikös 0,745*596,3 = 424,59e. Vai onko jostakin verotettu enemmän lähdeveroa?

  8. Edelliseen korjaus: 596,93 * 0,745 = 444.71e

    1. Moi

ETF:n "osingot" katsotaan kokonaan pääomatuloksi (vero 30%), joten nissä ei ole 15% vähennystä kuten "normaaleissa" osingoissa. (423.61*0.745+ 173.32*0.3=436.91). Toivottavasti täme selvensi asiaa.

      Kiitos vierailusta!
      DH
