Yesterday October 9, I bought 15 shares of CVS Health Corporation at $ 74.28 per share plus commission.

Recent Sell - Avance Gas Holding Ltd (AVANCE)

On 29 September 2017 I sold 200 shares of AVANCE at NOK 23.00 per share minus commission.

In the summer of 2014, I bought AVANCE for the first time and then added another two times. I had a total of 400 shares, which I have now sold a half.

Dividend Increase – Emera Incorporated (EMA.TO)

Yesterday Emera Incorporated announced a quarterly dividend increase of from CA$ 0.5225 to CA$ 0.565 per share that’s payable November 15, 2017 to holders of record November 1, 2017. This represents a 8.13% increase to regular quarterly dividends. With current price CA$ 47.26 (yesterday's close), this raise brings their dividend yield to 4.78%. 

Since I own 130 shares of EMA, this will increase my yearly net dividends by CA$ 16.46.

That increase rises my YOC to 4.79%

Recent Buy - Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp (AQN.TO)

Yesterday, September 27, I bought 100 shares of Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp. at CA$ 13.10 per share plus commission.

My overall cost basis of this position increases from CA$ 11.72 to CA$ 12.01 per share. I totally hold now 500 shares of AQN and my yield on cost is 4.90%. I purchased my first AQN's shares about one year ago, which you can read here.
