Recent Buy - V.F. Corporation (VFC)

Today I made my firts purchase for year 2017, I Bought 20 shares of  V.F. Corporation at $ 52.65 per share plus commission.


My overall cost basis of this position decreases from $ 52.98 to $ 52.94 per share. I totally hold now 45 shares of VFC and my yield on cost is 3.17%. You can look at my first purchase of VFC here.



Details of my purchase: 




With current quarterly dividend ($ 0.42), my last purchase 20 shares of VFC increases € 23.61 ($ 25.03) of expected annual net dividend income. At today's exchange rate, this purchase will increase my portfolio projected annual net dividend income approximately to € 9,990.00.

      AFFJ is keeping a Collection of Recent Buys (http://afrugalfamilysjourney.blogspot.fi/p/2015-collection-of-recent-buys.html)
      Check it and you surely will have a good list of bloggers, who are reporting their trades! Unfortunately, those mostly focuses for US stocks.

    What's not to like about this purchase. I have been adding to my VFC the last several weeks and it still looks quite attractive these days. As long as that yield is over 3% many of our fellow bloggers will be interested in this name. Thanks for sharing.

      Hi AJ. For this trade I used LYNX broker (https://www.lynxbroker.com/), for my fist purchase of VFC I used Nordnet.

    You catched VFC at a very good price. Congrats!
    VFC has been on my watch list for quite some time. I didn't pull the trigger yet. I might have missed the best moment. I'll keep on watching.

      Yes you are right, some insiders have sold in the past year. Anyway... Insiders sell for all kinds of reasons.
