  1. Hi Dividend Hawk,

I've been reading your blog for a while and I find it really interesting. It is not so common to find an European interested and passionate about DGI field that is dominated by the US-based fellows. Some Scandinavian stocks paying dividend caught my attention and currently I am analyzing their financial statements. Keep up the good work!

I am interested in that Global X SuperDividend ETF. It seems riskier than the average funds that dividend focus but the yield is attractive - approxinately 5.6% gross. What is the tax burden of that fund? I like very much the idea that it pays dividend every month.

    Regards,
    Hristo

    1. Hi Hristo

Scandinavian companies generally pay good dividends, but most of those don't have any yearly dividend growth. Global X to pay distributions. For this I pay withholding tax of 15% in the United States and another 15% in Finland. The total capital tax for me is 30% of the distributions. Of foreign companies, tax dividends for me is usually 25.5% (15% + 10.5%).

      Thanks for stopping by!

    1. Hi Bryan

Changes in exchange rates affect the course for me. The portfolio of development looks good, and the dividend will grow automatically when the Euro weakens. On the other hand I need more Euros, when I buy foreign shares!

      Have a great Sunday!
