- UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) Interim Report Q3 2020; UPM reports revenue of EUR 2,028 million, declining 19% year-over-year and missing estimates by $55 million. Comparable EBIT was EUR 215 million, down 37% year-over-year, but beats analyst estimates by $40 million.
- 3M Company (MMM) Reports Third-Quarter 2020 Results; MMM reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $2.43, a decline of 5.8% year-over-year but $0.16 ahead of estimates. Revenue improved 5.1% to $8.4 billion, $20 million higher than expected.
- Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Reports Third-Quarter 2020 Results; PFE reported third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.72, 4% below the prior year but $0.01 better than expected. Revenue fell 4.3% to $12.1 billion, $170 million lower than expected. Pfizer Continue to Expect to Close the Upjohn Transaction with Mylan N.V. (Mylan) in the Fourth Quarter of 2020.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results; RTX reported adjusted EPS of $0.58, $0.08 better than expected. Revenue grew 32% to $15 billion, $170 million lower than expected.
- Aflac Incorporated (AFL) Announces Third Quarter Results: AFL reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $1.39, 20% higher than the prior year and $0.25 above estimates. Revenue improved 2.9% to $5.7 billion, $200 million better than expected.
- ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results; OKE reports third quarter GAAP EPS of $0.70, a decrease of 5.7% from the prior year but $0.08 better than expected. Revenue fell 5% to $1.85 billion, missing estimates by $670 million.

- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) Reports Third-Quarter 2020 Results; GD reports third quarter GAAP EPS of $2.90, a 7.6% decline year-over-year but $0.04 ahead of expectations. Revenue fell 3.4% to $9.4 billion, $220 million lower than expected.
- United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS) Releases 3Q 2020 Earnings; UPS reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $2.28, 10.1% higher than the previous year and $0.39 better than expected. Revenue increased 15.9% to $21.2 billion, topping estimates by $980 million.
- Visa Inc. (V) Reports Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2020 Results; V reported fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.12, a 24% decline from the prior year but $0.02 ahead of estimates. Revenue was down 17% to $5.1 billion, but topped expectations by $70 million. Visa also raised its quarterly dividend by 6.7% to $0.32, giving the stock a forward yield of 0.7%. The company has now increased its dividend for the past 13 consecutive years.
- Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD) Announces Third Quarter 2020 Financial Results; GILD reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $2.11, 29% higher than the previous year and $0.22 better than expected. Revenue increased 17.1% to $6.56 billion, topping estimates by $260 million.

- Kesko Corporation (KESKO) Interim Report Q3 2020; KESKO reports revenue of EUR 2,652 million, declining 5.4% year-over-year and missing estimates by $9 million. Comparable EPS were €0.33 up 32% year-over-year.
- ConocoPhillips (COP) Reports Third-Quarter 2020 Results; COP reports a third quarter adjusted EPS loss of $0.31, in-line with estimates but compares unfavorably to EPS of $0.82 in the previous year. Revenue was lower by 57% to $4.4 billion, $600 million better than expected.
- Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results; KTB reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $1.33, a 40% improvement from the prior year and $0.75 better than expected. Revenue was down 8.6% to $583.2 million, $34.1 million above estimates. The company also reinstates its quarterly dividend of $0.40. This is a 28.6% decrease from the dividend that was distributed 3/20/2020. The stock's forward yield is 5.1%.
- The Kraft Heinz Company (KHC) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results; KHC reports adjusted EPS of $0.70, 1.4% better than the previous year and $0.08 better than expected. Revenue increased 6% to $6.4 billion, topping estimates by $120 million.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results; TROW reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $2.55, 19.7% above last year's result and $0.12 higher than expected. Revenue improved 11.9% to $1.6 billion, $30 million higher than expected.
- Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports Third-Quarter and Nine-Month 2020 Results; LAZ reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.67, 12% lower than the prior year but $0.21 higher than expected. Revenue declined 2.1% to $598.02 million, $91.23 million higher than expected.
- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (OHI) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results; OHI reports third quarter FFO of $0.82, a 7.9% increase from the previous year and $0.03 ahead of estimates. Revenue was down 59% to $81.2 million, $133 million less than expected.
- Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) Reports Q4 Fiscal 2020 Results; SBUX reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $0.51, 27% lower than the prior year but $0.20 better than expected. Revenue declined 8.1% to $6.2 billion, but topped estimates by $130 million.
- LTC Properties, Inc. ( LTC) Reports 2020 Third Quarter Results; LTC reports third quarter FFO of $0.58, 33% lower than last year and $0.12 lower than expected. Revenue declined 19% to $38.17 million, $5.57 million below estimates.
- Canadian Utilities Limited (TSE: CU) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Earnings; CU announced third quarter 2020 adjusted earnings of $76 million, or $0.28 per share, compared to $106 million, or $0.39 per share, in the third quarter of 2019.

- AbbVie Inc. (ABBV) Reports Third-Quarter 2020 Financial Results; ABBV reports adjusted EPS of $2.83, a 21.5% increase from the previous year and $0.06 better than expected. Revenue increased 52.1% to $12.9 billion, $190 million above what analysts had expected. The company also increased its quarterly dividend 10.2% to $1.30, giving the stock a 6.5% forward yield. The company has increased its dividend for nine consecutive years.
- Altria Group, Inc. (MO) Reports 2020 Third-Quarter Results; MO reports adjusted EPS of $1.19, matching the prior year's result but topping expectations by $0.03. Revenue improved 4.8% to $5.7 billion, $140 ahead of estimates. The company also wrote down its investment in Juul to $10 billion.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Reports Third Quarter Earnings; ADM reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.89, 15.6% better than the prior year and $0.17 ahead of estimates. Revenue declined 9.6% to $15.1 billion and was $1.6 billion less than expected.
- Chevron Corporation (CVX) Announces Third Quarter 2020 Results; CVX reports third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.11, a 93% decline from the prior year but $0.38 above estimates. Revenue fell 32.3% to $24.5 billion, $1.9 billion below expectations.
- W.P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Announces Third Quarter 2020 Financial Results; WPC reports third quarter FFO of $1.15, 5.5% higher than last year and $0.05 above estimates. Revenue declined 1.8% to $297.3 million, $0.4 million better than expected.
- Pinnacle West Capital Corp. (PNW) Reports 2020 Third-Quarter Earnings; PNW reports adjusted EPS of $3.07, a 10.8% increase from the previous year and $0.17 better than expected. Revenue increased 5% to $1.25 billion, $30 million above what analysts had expected.
- Fortis Inc. (TSE: FTS) Reports Third Quarter 2020 Earnings; FTS reports third quarter adjusted EPS of CA$0.65 and CA$0.16 above estimates. Revenue increased 3.4% to CA$2.12 billion, CA$460 million above what analysts had expected.
