- NextEra Energy's, Inc. (NEE) Energy Resources to Acquire Symmetry Energy Solutions from Energy Capital Partners; NextEra Energy Resources, LLC today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Symmetry Energy Solutions from Energy Capital Partners (ECP). This strategic transaction, which is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals, would enhance NextEra Energy Resources' existing customer supply business.
- NextEra Energy, Inc. (NEE) Raises Earnings Guidance; According to a new 8-K filing, NEE raised its full-year adjusted EPS forecast to $3.62–$3.70 per share, up from the prior range of $3.45–$3.70. Management also increased its 2026 adjusted EPS outlook to $3.92–$4.02, compared to the earlier range of $3.63–$4.00. In addition, the company is now targeting long-term adjusted EPS growth of at least 8% annually through 2035, based on the expected 2025 range. NEE reaffirmed its expectations for approximately 10% annual dividend-per-share growth through 2026 (off a 2024 base), followed by roughly 6% annual dividend growth in 2027 and 2028, based on a 2026 base.
- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Announces 2026 Financial Expectations; KMI now expects adjusted EPS of $1.37, up 8% versus the guidance issued in the third quarter for full-year 2025. The company also expects to generate nearly $8.7 billion of adjusted EBITDA, representing a 4% increase compared to its prior third-quarter guidance, and to return additional value to shareholders through an anticipated annualized dividend of $1.19 per share.
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) and Yara in Advanced Negotiations to Partner on Low-emission Ammonia Projects; APD appears set to proceed with its Louisiana blue hydrogen plant after revealing its plans with Yara (YARIY), which also is in talks to buy ammonia volumes from the 2.2 GW NEOM green hydrogen project in Saudi Arabia that is expected to begin commercial production in 2027.

- Amgen Inc. (AMGN) Increases Quarterly Dividend; AMGN announced that its Board of Directors declared a $2.52 per share dividend for the first quarter of 2026, 5.9% increase from prior dividend of $2.38. The dividend will be paid on March 6, 2026, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2026.
- Realty Income Corporation (O) Increases Monthly Dividend; O announced it has declared an increase in the company's common stock monthly cash dividend to $0.2700 per share, 0.2% increase from $0.2695 per share. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of December 31, 2025.

- Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (BMY) Announces Dividend Increase; BMY announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.63 per share, 1.6% increase from prior dividend of $0.62. The dividend is payable on February 2, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 2, 2026.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-End Assets Under Management For November 2025; TROW announced preliminary November month-end assets under management of $1.79 trillion. Preliminary net outflows for November 2025 were $8.0 billion.
- Prudential Financial, Inc. (PRU) Announces Share Repurchase Program; PRU announced an authorization to repurchase up to $1 billion of its common shares between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. The share repurchases may be executed through open-market transactions, derivatives, accelerated share repurchase programs, or other privately negotiated arrangements.
- Ally Financial Inc. (ALLY) Announces Share Repurchase Authorization; ALLY announced today that its board of directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to $2.0 billion of its common stock under a multi-year share repurchase program without a set expiration date. ALLY may begin repurchasing shares under the program this quarter.
- Capital Power Corporation (TSE:CPX) 2025 Investor Day: Accelerating Growth to 2030; CPX has entered into an MOU with Apollo Funds to form an investment partnership to pursue the acquisition of merchant U.S. natural gas generation assets, with total potential committed equity of up to US$3 billion. The MOU contemplates an equity commitment of up to U.S.$2.25 billion from Apollo Funds and U.S.$750 million from Capital Power, with Capital Power electing a 25% to 50% working interest in each acquisition. Other targets for 2030 include 13%-15% annual total shareholder return, 8%-10% annual AFFO per share growth, and maintaining 2%-4% annual dividend growth.

- Edison International (EIX) Increases Quarterly Dividend; EIX declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.8775 per share, payable on Jan. 31, 2026, to shareholders of record on Jan. 7, 2026. This action brings the annual dividend rate to $3.51 per share, an increase of 6% from the current annual dividend rate of $3.31 per share.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) has been awarded a $104.6M modification to a previously awarded U.S. Navy contract for the production of the Foreign Military Sale portions unit of the Solid-State SPY ASEA Radar.

- Kesko Corporation’s sales in November; KESKOsales in November 2025 totalled €1,051.5 million, representing an increase of 3.9%.
