- Fortum Corporation (FORTUM) subsidiary Uniper writes down its receivable in Nord Stream 2; FORTUM’s subsidiary Uniper announced that it has decided to write down its full outstanding receivable related to the Swiss registered company Nord Stream 2 AG, which is the project company for the Nord Stream 2 project. Following the impairment, FORTUM will no longer record the related interest income of approximately €100 million annually.
- NCC AB (NCC) to construct additional 163 apartments in Täby Park; NCC has been commissioned by Riksbyggen to construct 163 tenant-owned apartments in Täby Park, north of Stockholm. This is the parties’ fourth joint project in the area. The project is a turnkey contract in partnering form with an order value of approximately SEK 350 million.
- NCC AB (NCC) to construct 526 apartments for NREP in Turku; NCC has been commissioned by NREP to construct 526 rental apartments in Turku, Finland. The housing units will be distributed across five buildings and will mark the start of a new residential area in the city. The order value is approximately SEK 615 million.
- Intel Corporation (INTC) Announces That Mobileye Has Submitted S-1 Draft Registration Statement; INTC announced that Mobileye has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for its proposed initial public offering of newly issued Mobileye common stock.
March 8, 2022
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) to Build Green Liquid Hydrogen Production Facility in Arizona; APD announced that it will build, own and operate a 10 metric ton per day facility to produce green liquid hydrogen in Casa Grande, Arizona. The zero-carbon liquid hydrogen facility is expected to be on-stream in 2023 and its product will be sold to the hydrogen for mobility market in California and other locations requiring zero-carbon hydrogen.
March 9, 2022
- QUALCOMM Incorporated (QCOM) Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend; The Board of Directors of QCOM has approved a 10 percent increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend. The quarterly cash dividend will increase from $0.68 to $0.75 per share of common stock and will be effective for quarterly dividends payable after March 24, 2022.
- Kontoor Brands, Inc. (KTB) Kontoor Brands Reaffirms 2022 Outlook, Provides Detail on H1’22 Quarterly Outlook and European Business; KTB’s 2022 revenue is expected to be ~$2.7B; up high single digits versus FY 2021 and EPS is seen in the range of $4.65 to $4.75.
- TC Energy Corporation (TRP) signs equity option agreements with Indigenous communities across the Coastal GasLink project corridor; TRP announced signing of option agreements to sell a 10 per cent equity interest in the Coastal GasLink Pipeline Limited Partnership to Indigenous communities across the project corridor.
March 10, 2022
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Assets Under Management For February 2022; TROW reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.54 trillion as of February 28, 2022. Client transfers from mutual funds to other portfolios, including trusts and separate accounts, were $1.4 billion in February 2022 and $3.6 billion for the quarter-to-date period ended February 28, 2022.
- Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports February 2022 Assets Under Management; LAZ reported that its preliminary assets under management (“AUM”) as of February 28, 2022 totaled approximately $251.6 billion. The month’s AUM included market depreciation of $5.3 billion, net outflows of $2.1 billion and foreign exchange appreciation of $0.3 billion.
- W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Increases Quarterly Dividend; WPC reported that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly cash dividend to $1.057 per share, 0.2% increase from prior dividend of $1.055 and which equivalent to an annualized dividend rate of $4.23 per share. The dividend is payable on April 14, 2022 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2022.

- AT&T Inc. (T) Lays Out Growth Strategy for Company Following Pending Close of WarnerMedia Transaction; For 2022 T expects low single-digit total revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA of $41 billion to $42 billion, adjusted EPS of $2.42 to $2.46 and capital investment in the $24 billion range. For 2023 T expects continued low single-digit revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA of $43.5 billion to $44.5 billion, adjusted EPS of $2.50 to $2.60 and capital investment in the $24 billion range.
