  • 3M Company (MMM) Increases Dividend for the 64th Consecutive Year; MMM declared a dividend on the company's common stock of $1.49 per share for the first quarter of 2022. The dividend is payable March 12, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 18, 2022. This represents an 0.68% increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate.

 

  • T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Increases Quarterly Dividend; TROW’ s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $1.20 per share payable March 30, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2022. The quarterly dividend rate represents an 11.1% increase over the previous quarterly dividend rate of $1.08 per share.

 

 

February 9, 2022

 

  • Sampo plc (SAMPO) Reports Full-Year 2021 Results; SAMPO reports fourth quarter comparable EPS of € 0.55, a 15.4% decrease from the prior year. Profit before taxes rose to EUR 1 197 million from EUR -675 million in the comparison period, while analysts expected an average result of EUR 998 million. SAMPO's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of € 4.10, which includes the previously announced €2.00 additional dividend.

 

 

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) is awarded a not-to-exceed $315.81M fixed-price incentive modification (P00015) to a previously awarded contract (N0001920C0032).

 

  • Manulife Financial Corporation (MFC) Reports 2021 Results; MFC reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.84, a 13.5% improvement from the prior. Net income attributed to shareholders of $2.1 billion in 4Q21, up $304 million from the fourth quarter of 2020. Quarterly common share dividend increased by 18% in 4Q21.

 

February 10, 2022

 

  • Neste Corporation (NESTE) Reports Full-Year 2021 Results; NESTE reports fourth quarter comparable EPS of € 0.49, an 11.4% increase from the prior year and € 0.09 better than expected. Revenue grew 64.1% to EUR 4.968 million, which was EUR 668 million ahead of estimates. NESTE's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of € 0.82, 2.5% increase from the prior year.

 

  • ORION Corporation (ORNBV) Reports Full-Year 2021 Results; ORNBV reports fourth quarter EPS of € 0.23, a 28.7% increase from the prior year. Revenue grew 8.24% to EUR 277 million, which was EUR 11 million ahead of estimates. ORNBV's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of € 1.50, which is the same as in the previous year.

 

  • Unilever PLC (UNA) Reports Full-Year 2021 Results; UNA reports fourth quarter Non-GAAP EPS of €2.62, a 5.5% increase from the prior year. Revenue grew 3.4% to €52.44 billion. Management expects underlying sales growth in 2022 to be in the range of 4.5% to 6.5%.

 

 

 

  • The Coca-Cola Company (KO) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2021 Results; KO reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.45, a 5% decrease from the prior year, but beating analyst estimates by $0.04. Revenues grew by 10.5% to $9.5 billion beating estimates by $570 million. Management expects to deliver organic revenue (non-GAAP) growth of 7% to 8% and comparable EPS (non-GAAP) growth of 5% to 6%, versus $2.32 in 2021.

 

  • PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2021 Results; PEP reports Non-GAAP EPS of $1.53, a 4% increase from the prior year and $0.01 above estimates. Revenues grew 12.4% to $25.25 billion topping expectations by $1.01 billion. The company also announced a 7% increase in its annualized dividend to $4.60 per share from $4.30 per share, effective with the dividend expected to be paid in June 2022.

 

  • Flowers Foods, Inc. (FLO) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 Results; FLO reports Non-GAAP EPS of $0.20, compared to $0.28 and $0.02 below estimates. Revenues decreased by 3.6% to $983.49 million, missing estimates by $7.63 million. Management expects FY2022 sales approximately $4.660B to $4.69B, representing an increase of approximately 7.6% to 8.4%; and adjusted EPS in the range of approximately $1.25 to $1.35.

 

  • Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) was awarded a $138.92M cost-plus-fixed-fee other transaction agreement for federation, testing and user operational assessments of the Spike non-line-of-sight missile system.

 

 

  • Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports January 2022 Assets Under Management; LAZ reports that its preliminary assets under management (“AUM”) as of January 31, 2022 totaled approximately $258.7 billion. The month’s AUM included market depreciation of $9.5 billion, net outflows of $4.1 billion and foreign exchange depreciation of $1.5 billion.

 

 

February 11, 2022

 

  • NCC AB (NCC) to construct another house by the water in Hellerup for Danica; NCC has been commissioned by Danica to construct a third house in Tuborg Strandeng, Hellerup, Denmark. The project is named Kysthus III and will contain 38 apartments and is a continuation of Kysthus I and Kysthus II which the parties previously built together in the same area. The order value amounts approximately SEK 540 million.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Enbridge Inc. (ENB) Reports 2021 Financial Results; ENB reports Non-GAAP EPS of C$0.68 missing estimates by C$0.08, but 21.4% increase from the prior year. Distributable cash flow of $10.0 billion or $4.96 per common share, compared with $9.4 billion or $4.67 per common share in 2020.
