- Bonava AB (BONAVA) sells 83 rental apartments in Umeå; BONAVA has signed an agreement with the property company K2A Knaust & Andersson Fastigheter AB (publ) regarding the sale of a rental housing project in Umeå. The project comprises 83 Nordic Swan ecolabelled rental apartments across a total lettable area of approximately 3,850 square metres. The transaction amounts to SEK 158 M and is conditional on the issue of a building permit and the transfer of ownership, which is expected to take place in November 2021.
April 13, 2021
- T. Rowe Price Group Inc. (TROW) Reports Preliminary Month-End Assets Under Management for March 2021; TROW reported preliminary month-end assets under management of $1.52 trillion as of March 31, 2021. Client transfers from mutual funds to other portfolios, including trusts and separate accounts, were $1.7 billion in March 2021 and $5.6 billion for the quarter-ended March 31, 2021.
- Lazard Ltd (LAZ) Reports March 2021 Assets Under Management; LAZ reported that its preliminary assets under management (“AUM”) as of March 31, 2021 totaled approximately $264.9 billion. The month’s AUM included market appreciation of $8.2 billion, net outflows of $0.8 billion and foreign exchange depreciation of $3.2 billion. Preliminary average assets under management for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 were $261.5 billion.

- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (APD) Acquires Remaining 50% Stake in Gasification Technology Joint Venture from China Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical; APD strengthens its’ broader gasification technology portfolio and integrates technical and engineering resources in China.
April 15, 2021
- UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) improves its profit outlook for 2021; UPM improves its outlook for 2021. Comparable EBIT is now expected to increase both in H1 2021 compared with H1 2020, and in the full year 2021 compared with 2020. Earlier, the company expected its comparable EBIT in H1 2021 to be lower than in H1 2020.
- Kesko Corporation (KESKO) issues a positive profit warning; KESKO raises its guidance for its comparable operating profit in 2021. The company now estimates that its comparable operating profit in 2021 will be in the range of €570-670 million. Before, the company estimated that the comparable operating profit would be in the range of €520-620 million.
- PepsiCo Inc. (PEP) Reports First-Quarter 2021 Results; Reaffirms 2021 Financial Guidance; PEP reports Q1 Non-GAAP EPS of $1.21, beating estimates by $0.09. Revenues grew by6.8% to $14.28 billion, beating estimates by $280 million. For 2021, the Company continues to expect: a mid-single-digit increase in organic revenue, a high-single-digit increase in core constant currency EPS.

- Kesko Corporation’s (KESKO) comparable sales grew in March; KESKO Group's sales totalled €1,023.8 million in March 2021, representing an increase of 16.9% in comparable terms on the previous year.
- NCC AB (NCC) to develop KY Building in Helsinki into modern office premises; NCC has acquired and is now commencing renovation of the illustrious and centrally located KY Building in Helsinki, Finland. The property, which is the former students’ union building of Helsinki School of Economics, will be renovated and converted into a modern, sustainable and multifunctional office block.
