In this review, I will make a summary of important and interesting news and events over the last week related to my portfolio holdings. Also, I will put together some interesting articles from other websites that caught my attention during the past week.

January 26, 2021

 

  • I opened a new position and purchased 15 shares of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) at $ 334.67 per share plus commission.

 

At today's exchange rate, that purchase 15 shares of LMT will increase € 95.75 ($ 116.22) of my expected annual net dividend income and will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income to € 15,700.00. With purchase price $ 334.67 plus commission ($ 6.08) my starting yield on cost is 3.10%. After this acquisition, LMT’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.70% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.61%.

 

January 27, 2021

 

  • I purchased 25 shares of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (PNW) at $ 76.97 per share plus commission.

 

My overall cost basis of this position increases from $ 69.71 to $ 72.59 per share. I totally hold now 65 shares of PNW and my yield on cost is 4.57%.  After this acquisition, PNW’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.71% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.84%.

  • Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) Announces Year-End 2020 Results; KMB announces fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.69, a 1.2% decline from the prior year but a $0.07 beat of estimates. Revenue improved 5.7% to $4.84 billion, topping expectations by $110 million. The company also announced it was increasing its quarterly dividend by 6.5% to $1.14.

  • NCC AB (NCC) Interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2020; NCC reports a profit before tax of SEK 359 million, a 43.8% decline from the prior year and SEK 164 million below expectations. Sales declined 22.4% to SEK 14,905 million, which was SEK 421 million below estimates. NCC proposes a dividend of SEK 5.00 compared with the expected 5.42.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

January 29, 2021

 

  • Telia Company (TELIA) Year-end report January-December 2020; Earnings per share for the fourth quarter was SEK -5.99. In the comparison period, earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.32. Analysts expected earnings of SEK 0.35 per share. Net sales for the fourth quarter were SEK 23.4 billion. A year ago, revenue was SEK 22.8 billion. Analysts expected SEK 23.0 billion. TELIA's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 2.00 per share.

 

  • BONAVA AB (BONAVA) year-end report 2020; BONAVA reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of SEK 5.97, a 74.6% improvement from last year. Operating profit grew 42.4% to SEK 910 million. The Board of Directors proposes an ordinary dividend of SEK 3.25 per share, and an extraordinary dividend of SEK 2.00 per share.
