- I opened a new position and purchased 15 shares of Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) at $ 334.67 per share plus commission.
At today's exchange rate, that purchase 15 shares of LMT will increase € 95.75 ($ 116.22) of my expected annual net dividend income and will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income to € 15,700.00. With purchase price $ 334.67 plus commission ($ 6.08) my starting yield on cost is 3.10%. After this acquisition, LMT’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.70% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.61%.
January 27, 2021
- I purchased 25 shares of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (PNW) at $ 76.97 per share plus commission.
My overall cost basis of this position increases from $ 69.71 to $ 72.59 per share. I totally hold now 65 shares of PNW and my yield on cost is 4.57%. After this acquisition, PNW’s weight of my portfolio is about 0.71% and its share of future annual dividend income is approximately 0.84%.

- Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KMB) Announces Year-End 2020 Results; KMB announces fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.69, a 1.2% decline from the prior year but a $0.07 beat of estimates. Revenue improved 5.7% to $4.84 billion, topping expectations by $110 million. The company also announced it was increasing its quarterly dividend by 6.5% to $1.14.

- Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Reports 2020 Fourth-Quarter and Full Year Results; JNJ reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.86, a decline of 1.1% from the previous year but $0.03 above estimates. Revenue grew 8.3% to $22.5 billion, which was $860 million higher than expected.
- Starbucks Corporation (SBUX) Reports Q1 Fiscal 2021 Results; SBUX reports first quarter fiscal 2021 adjusted EPS of $0.61, a 22.8% decline year-over-year but $0.06 ahead of estimates. Revenue fell 4.9% to $6.75 billion, which was $170 million below expectations.
- Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMT) Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year 2020 Results; LMT reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $6.38, an increase of 20.6% from last year but $0.02 lower than expected. Revenue grew 7.2% to $17 billion, beating estimates by $110 million.
- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Reports Fourth Quarter 2020 Results; RTX reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $0.74, $0.05 better than expected. Revenue improved 111.7% to $16.6 billion, which was $530 million above analysts' estimates.
- 3M Company (MMM) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2020 Results; MMM reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS of $2.38, a 43.4% increase from the prior year and $0.21 above estimates. Revenue grew 5.8% to $8.6 billion, topping expectations by $190 million.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) Reports Fourth Quarter Earnings; ADM reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.21, 14.8% lower than last year but a $0.12 beat of estimates. Revenue grew 10.1% to $18 billion, which was $1.5 billion more than expected.

- AT&T Inc. (T) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results; T reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $0.75, a 15.7% decline from last year but $0.02 above estimates. Revenue fell 2.4% to $45.7 billion, but was $1.2 billion higher than expected.
- V.F. Corporation (VFC) Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2021 Results; VFC reports third quarter fiscal 2021 adjusted EPS of $0.93, down 24.4% year-over-year but $0.03 higher than expected. Revenue decreased 6% to $2.97 billion and was $10 million below estimates.
- General Dynamics Corporation (GD) Reports Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year 2020 Financial Results; GD reports fourth quarter GAAP EPS pf $3.49, a decline of 0.6% from last year and $0.05 below estimates. Revenue decreased 2.7% to $10.5 billion, which was $280 million lower than expected.

- UPM-Kymmene Corporation (UPM) fourth quarter results and Financial Statements for the year 2020; UPM reports fourth quarter EPS of €0.35, a 29% decline from last year but €0.06 above estimates. Revenue decreased 10.6% to €2,188 million, but was $55 million more than expected. UPM's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of EUR 1.30 per share.
- NCC AB (NCC) Interim report for the fourth quarter and full-year 2020; NCC reports a profit before tax of SEK 359 million, a 43.8% decline from the prior year and SEK 164 million below expectations. Sales declined 22.4% to SEK 14,905 million, which was SEK 421 million below estimates. NCC proposes a dividend of SEK 5.00 compared with the expected 5.42.
- Altria Group, Inc. (MO) Reports 2020 Fourth-Quarter and Full-Year Results; MO reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $0.99, a $0.03 miss of estimates. Revenue improved 5.3% to $5.1 billion, beating expectations by $40 million. The company also announced a $2 billion share repurchase that it should complete by June 30, 2022.
- McDonald's Corporation (MCD) Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year 2020 Results; MCD reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $1.70, a 13.7% decrease from last year and $0.07 lower than expected. Revenue fell 2.2% to $5.3 billion, which was $40 million below estimates. Global sales fell 1.3%, but were in-line with estimates. U.S. sales were up 5.5% compared to consensus of 4.9%.
- WestRock Company (WRK) Reports Fiscal 2021 First Quarter Results; WRK reports first quarter of fiscal 2021 adjusted EPS of $0.61, $0.07 ahead of expectations. Revenue of $4.4 billion was down 0.5% year-over-year, but matched consensus estimates.
- Visa Inc. (V) Reports Fiscal First Quarter 2021 Financial Results; V reports first quarter of fiscal 2021 adjusted EPS of $1.42, 2.7% lower than the prior year but $0.14 above estimates. Revenue declined 5.8% to $5.7 billion, though this was $180 million above what analysts had expected.
- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (TROW) Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Results; TROW reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $2.89, an improvement of 42.4% from the last year and $0.26 above estimates. Revenue grew 18% to $1.7 billion, which was in-line with analysts' expectations.

- Telia Company (TELIA) Year-end report January-December 2020; Earnings per share for the fourth quarter was SEK -5.99. In the comparison period, earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.32. Analysts expected earnings of SEK 0.35 per share. Net sales for the fourth quarter were SEK 23.4 billion. A year ago, revenue was SEK 22.8 billion. Analysts expected SEK 23.0 billion. TELIA's Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 2.00 per share.
- BONAVA AB (BONAVA) year-end report 2020; BONAVA reports fourth quarter adjusted EPS of SEK 5.97, a 74.6% improvement from last year. Operating profit grew 42.4% to SEK 910 million. The Board of Directors proposes an ordinary dividend of SEK 3.25 per share, and an extraordinary dividend of SEK 2.00 per share.
- Chevron Corporation (CVX) Announces Fourth Quarter 2020 Results; CVX reports a fourth quarter adjusted EPS loss of $0.01, compared to $1.49 of EPS in the prior year and was $0.10 lower than expected. Revenue declined 30.5% to $25.3 billion, topping estimates by $720 million.
