- Raytheon Technologies Corporation (RTX) Board of Directors Authorizes $5 Billion Share Repurchase Program; RTX announced a share repurchase authorization of up to $5 billion, or 4.5% of the stock's current market capitalization.
December 8, 2020
- Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI) Announces 2021 Financial Expectations; KMI expects to increase its quarterly dividend 3% to $1.08 (annualized) for 2021.
- Enbridge Inc. (ENB) Announces 2021 Financial Guidance, Increases Dividend, and Provides Update on Strategic Priorities; ENB increases its quarterly dividend 3.1% to C$0.835, giving the stock a forward yield of 7.8%. The dividend is payable March 1, 2021 for shareholders of record on February 12, 2021.
- Realty Income (O) 109th Common Stock Monthly Dividend Increase Declared By Realty Income; O increases its monthly dividend 0.2% to $2345, bringing the total 2020 increase to 3.1%. The new yield is 4.7%. The dividend is payable January 15, 2021 for shareholders of record at the close of business January 4, 2021.
December 9, 2020
- AT&T Inc. (T) to Sell Crunchyroll to Sony’s Funimation Global Group; T has agreed to sell its anime streaming service Crunchyroll to Funimation Global Group, a joint venture between Sony Pictures Entertainment and Sony Music Entertainment, for $1.175 billion in cash. This was above the previously announced amount of $957 million.
- W.P. Carey Inc. (WPC) Increases Quarterly Dividend to $1.046 per Share; WPC increases its dividend 0.2% to $1.046, giving the stock a new yield of 6%. The dividend is payable January 15, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business December 31, 2020.
December 11, 2020
- Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Declares First-Quarter 2021 Dividend; PFE increasing its dividend 2.6% to $0.39, giving the stock a new yield of 3.8%. The dividend is payable March 5, 2021 for shareholders of record at the close of business on January 29, 2021.
- Dominion Energy Inc. (D) Sets 2021 Dividend Rate; D today approved a 2021 dividend of $2.52 per share of common stock. Subject to board declaration in January, the first quarterly dividend of 63 cents per share will be payable in March 2021. Beginning in 2022, the company expects annual dividend-per-share growth of 6 percent.
