Today, February 25 the Board of Directors of The Home Depot Inc. announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $ 1.36 to $ 1.50 per share that’s payable March 26, 2020 to holders of record March 12, 2020. This represents a 10.29% increase to the last quarter dividend.
"As a testament to our commitment to create value
for our shareholders and a demonstration of confidence in the business going
forward, the board has increased the dividend for the eleventh consecutive
year," said Richard McPhail, CFO and executive vice president.
With current price $ 246.10 (today's close), this raise
brings their dividend yield to 2.44%.
HD is a Dividend Contenders with a 10 year streak of

Since I own 15 shares of HD, this will increase my
portfolio's projected annual net dividend income by $ 6.26.
