Today the Board of Directors of Unilever announced a quarterly dividend increase of from € 0.302 to € 0.3201 per share that’s payable June 1, 2016 to holders of record April 29, 2016. This represents a 5.99% increase to regular quarterly dividends. With current price € 39.95 (today's open), this raise brings their dividend yield to 3.21%.
Since I own 50 shares, this will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income by € 2.70.
That increase rises my YOC to 3.72%.

Not bad. I have them myself. Good news!
ReplyDeleteI was happy to read about this. UL is a great consumer staple with lots of international exposure. Happy to be an owner in this dividend stalwart.
ReplyDeleteAlways nice to get more money for no extra work :) Nice job!
ReplyDeleteIt's nice when stock increase their dividends. Free money while doing nothing for it.
ReplyDeleteNot the 10% it did on 2013 but still plenty good. I'm happy with another solid raise from a great company.
