Recent Buy - Unilever N.V. (UNA)
24th September 2015 I Bought 50 shares of Unilever N.V.
at €34.31 per share plus commission.
Unilever N.V. operates as a fast-moving consumer goods
company in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australasia, Africa, the Middle East,
Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus. The company operates through Personal
Care, Foods, Refreshment, and Home Care segments. The Personal Care segment
offers skincare and haircare products, deodorants, and oral care products. The
Foods segment provides soups, bouillons, sauces, snacks, mayonnaise, salad
dressings, margarines, and spreads. The Refreshment segment offers ice cream,
tea-based beverages, and weight-management products, as well as operates retail
stores that provide tea and tea ware products under the T2 brand. The Home Care
segment provides home care products, such as powders, liquids and capsules,
soap bars, and various cleaning products. Unilever N.V. primarily offers its
personal care products under the Dove, Rexona, Axe, Lux, Sunsilk, Lifebuoy, and
Regenerate brands; foods under the Knorr, Hellmanns, Rama/Blue Band, Becel,
and Flora ProYactiv brands; refreshments under the Walls, Magnum, Cornetto,
Ben & Jerrys, Lipton, Brooke Bond, PG tips, T2, and Talenti Gelato &
Sorbetto brands; and home care products under the Cif, Domestos, Persil, Omo,
and Comfort brands. It sells its products through own sales force, as well as
through independent brokers, agents, and distributors to chain, wholesale,
co-operative and independent grocery accounts, food service distributors, and
institutions. The company was formerly known as Margarine Unie N.V. and changed
its name to Unilever N.V. in 1929. Unilever N.V. was founded in 1927 and is
headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Dividend Increase – Philip Morris International Inc. (PM)
Yesterday Philip Morris International announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $1.00 to $1.02 per share that’s payable October 14, 2015 to holders of record September 30, 2015. This represents a 2% increase to regular quarterly dividends. The new annualized dividend rate is $4.08 per common share, representing a yield of 5.05% based on PM’s closing stock price of $80.81 on September 15, 2015.
Since I own 85 shares this will increase my yearly net
dividends by $5.07.
That increase rises my YOC to 4.87%

Recent Buy - TELUS Corporation (NYSE:TU, TSE:T)
On Tuesday, the first September I added 50 shares of TELUS Corporation
(TU) at $31.87 per share plus commission ($5.00).
My overall cost basis of this position decreases from $33.88 to $33.24 per share. I totally hold now 150 shares of TU and my yield on cost is 3.80%. You can look at my first purchase of TU here.

At today's exchange rate, this purchase 50 shares of TU will increase €41.72 ($46.19) of my expected annual net dividend income and will increase my portfolio's projected annual net dividend income to €9900.00.
