Dividend Increase – Kinder Morgan, Inc. (KMI)
Yesterday Kinder Morgan announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $0.43 to $0.44 per share that’s payable November 17, 2014 to holders of record October 31, 2014. This is a 2.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.43. With current price $34.68 (today's open), this raise brings their dividend yield to 5.07%
Since I own 200 shares, this will increase my yearly net
dividends by $5.96.
That increase rises my YOC to 5.34%

Recent Buys: October 8th, 2014
On 8th October I added 25 shares of Kinder Morgan Inc. (KMI) at $37.55 per share plus commission ($5.00). With current quarterly dividend ($0.43), my last purchase 25 shares of KMI increases €25.32 ($32.04) of expected annual dividend net income. My overall cost basis of this position increases from $32.26 to $32.94 per share. I totally hold now 200 shares of KMI and my yield on cost is 5.22%. You can look at my first purchase of KMI here.
On 8th October I added 100 shares of Avance Gas Holding Ltd. (AVANCE) at NOK133.50 per share plus commission (NOK81.95). If the analyst estimates are correct for the year 2015 dividends NOK16.88 ($2.59), my last purchase 100 shares of AVANCE increases €151.57 (NOK1258.078) of expected annual dividend net income. My overall cost basis of this position decreases from NOK154.42 to NOK147.72 per share. I totally hold now 300 shares of AVANCE and my expected yield on cost is 11.44%. My last purchases increase my portfolio projected annual dividend net income approximately to €8100. 00.

Dividend Increase – Kraft Foods Group, Inc. (KRFT)
Yesterday Kraft announced a quarterly dividend increase of from $0.525 to $0.55 per share that’s payable October 31, 2014 to holders of record October 17, 2014. This represents a 4.76% increase to regular quarterly dividends. With current price $55.74 (today's open), this raise brings their dividend yield to 3.95%.
Since I own 100 shares this will increase my yearly net
dividends by $7.45.
That increase rises my YOC to 4.05%

Recent Buy - Toronto-Dominion Bank (NYSE:TD, TSE:TD)
29th Septermber 2014 I Bought 45 shares of Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSE: TD) at CA$54.79 per share plus commission.
The Toronto-Dominion Bank, together with its
subsidiaries, provides financial and banking services in North America and
internationally. The company’s Canadian Personal and Commercial Banking segment
offers various financial products and services to approximately 14 million
personal and small business customers through a network of 1,179 branches and
2,845 automated banking machines; and telephone, Internet, and mobile banking
in Canada. This segment offers financing, investment, cash management,
international trade services, and day-to-day banking needs to medium-sized
Canadian businesses; financing options to customers at point-of-sale for
automotive and recreational vehicle purchases through its auto dealer network;
and credit cards. Its Wealth and Insurance segment offers direct investing,
